test e and EQ cycle best dose for EQ?

im starting a 16 week cycle of test e 500 week, and EQ
questions is whats the best and lowest dose for that time frame. i see post from 400 to 600 a week. I want to runn it at 400 a week but dont want it to be a waste.
please only post if you have experience in this.
this is my third cycle and first at adding a second component.
35 years old
180 pounds
about 10 percent bodyfat.

400mg/ of EQ is the minimum I would run 600mg will yield better results.
600-800mg a week for at least 16 weeks.
smallguyand this dose and length is for someone whose only ran test before and is looking to add in EQ for the first time?
Fast has a nice protocol laid out for you there, but I like the 600/600 split I'm running. It's my 11th week on it and I was just slammed with the effects of EQ a few days ago. It came out of nowhere and now I love it. Follow Fast's plan, lt looks fool-proof. Maybe PM him about the exact ratio though, he may have his reasons I don't know. I would PM VIking, he is the reigning King of EQ

I picked EQ over deca for the same reasons you posted. Im a take my time and get there slow kinda guy, wish my samoa buddy was the same he's a I WANT IT NOW kinda dude(which is the reason i get more girls cause he looks like the ROCK but is a total asshole).

ill go with 600 test and match my EQ at the same...this way i can see what effects and sides i get.

zewiEq is best used at 600-800mg per week.. if you want bulk your test will be 500-750mg if you want a leaner look you will have test at 250-375mg per week... Alp eq should be ran a min of 14 weeks better results if ran longer up to 20 weeks

Hcg on hand incase you have any shrinkage of nads.. 500iu split if needed. Usually 10-18 if hcg used.
What compounds have you used before? It is possible to go 14/16 on this cycle but the lil extra gives more gains

ive used test e before and im well versed in it. i tried dbol but gav me stomach problems plus its just water weight i gained on it.
test e has worked well for me. ive gone up to 700 a week but got same good results from about 500 a week. the very last (third cycle) at end gave me shrinkage and took me about 5 weeks to get everything back. however i only ram NOLVA for pct.
i now will be running the clomid and nolva exactly how u have it (had it lined up and ready)i also have HCG on hand and am looking up the best ways to run it( have not found good info on HCG best body part to shoot it, mixing etc)

If you get a no pip prop then prop at 100eod and the above cycle is a good one. Yes...yoy can adjust numbers for your goals. You can prop taper as needed too. Third cycle your receptors should be really fresh so gains by your final pin should be sweet. 400-600 is common level. And some even adjust the test a hair too to dial in specific goals. I believe you'll love eq and run it many times in the future. Good luck bro!

I'm running 600/600 teste and eq, along with 300 test p..600 deca.. I think I'll be fine running it the same or 100mg less because it is test base
wait your running deca and EQ sametime? let me know how it works out. i thought one or the other of EQ and deca was better.
Looking to get more vascular with the eq along with a bigger appatite , the deca will help my joint along with help with the size. I just started last week so ill keep u updated on how things turn out.. I might up the test to 850 tho leaving the eq at 600, not sure yet
