Test E and Anadrol

I was wondering what you guys think proper dosage and pct should be for 600mg/wk Test E and 50mg/daily of Anadrol. I have, on hand, Arimidex and Nolvadex. Should I run arimidex during cycle or no? And what should the pct look like/consist of. Just looking for some opinions/answers. The test inj will be for 10 weeks, twice a week and the anadrol for the first 4 weeks. Do I anything for prolactin related sides as well? And would clomid be better for this cycle rather than nolva?

Stats? Cycle experience?
6'0 196 about 9% bf 25 y/o a little over 5 yrs lifting exp. did a test only cycle when I was 21
Then a badic first cycle run will bliw you up if food and training is on. Irish will fill you in...he's good at this.... I gotra paint a wall :(
