T3 cycles. Educate me please.

So I keep reading conflicting things about this drug. One that thyroid function is back within weeks from studies where a baseline was taken and post labs. And two seems to be people on boards like this one where people say it doesn't return but generally don't say "it happened to me/someone I know". Also people saying leveling down isn't needed, and some saying it is.
So anyone who has run it or know someone who has, what to the best of your knowledge was the experience with this and rebound?

Not sure why you would want to use it in the first place. It is non-selective in the tissue it burns. It eats muscle just as much as it does fat. So then what actually happens when you go off is you now lost muscle mass and your metabolism will be lower so you will gain fat much more easily.
The likelihood at this point that I would choose to use it is quite slim. However, I do still want to learn more about it. When so many users beliefs and perceived experiences in regards to thyroid funtion returning to baseline completely contradict the results of medical studies, it's interesting no?
I used this in an ECA stack and i wouldn't recommend it because diet and cardio are far more superior than any drug, or drug combo. And, I didn't like how I lost my lines...it took a completely different macros to get my partial lines back, plus a lot more extra "heart attack" cardio...lol...
RustyhookerYou should keep posting more and more of these posts. Hell, you got enough karma for these hazardous posts. No work ethics? Lazy? Why?
I have been close to several people with severe thyroid issues. Playing with these medications for "recreational" purposes is just dumb, you can cause permanent damage to your gland.
I urge you to take 30 minutes to go onto forums for people suffering from these issues. Hopefully it will give you a better understanding the hell that they go through and will help you reconsider this bad choice.
Drugs aren't your answer. Perhaps you should be evaluated by a GOOD physician to determine if you have any physiological issues and go from there based on the oversight and recommendations they make.
Have you done bloods? Probably not so why fuck with thyroid medication?
Your posts are all over the place. Sit back, relax, breath and think carefully before you post.
I have. My levels were within the range and I if I were to choose this route, I would obviously repeat them.
And yes, they are all over the place. Not enough hours during the day so I rush the posts. You're absolutely right and I apologize
If your bloods are all fine then you have your answer and there's no need to choose this route.
Sorry to ask another question, and I realize that my ignorance is showing here but since my bloods were tested for a fertility panel, just my tsh was tested. I`m under the assumption if anything was off with the t4/t3 levels, it would reflect in my tsh values correct?
No need to apologise when it comes to blood test questions because they can be complicated.
So the TSH test is an overall test for overall thyroid gland health because TSH is produced when the hypothalamus releases a substance called thyrotropin-releasing hormone (TRH). TRH then triggers the pituitary gland to release TSH.
If you specifically wanted to check for t3/t4 there are tests for those specific levels. So the TSH test is really the holistic view of what's happening between the thyroid and the pituitary gland. If your t3 or t4 were off then the TSH would be off and the reverse is true, if your t3 and t4 are fine then your TSH will be fine.
Post BF% and complete your stats please. Thank you
I updated the profile pic since I find that the be percentages in the gym to lack accuracy. The "plan" is to cut another 10lbs of fat and gain...well as much as I can...and then make decisions after that.
Query Harris Benedict Equation and calculate your BMR with and without activity.
Calculate your lean body mass, too.
Look into foods that correlate with your blood type.
Cardio and diet are key to meeting your goals.
Keep up the good work
We're here for ya....
Down to my blood type???
Oh wow.
Im finding it increasingly disturbing actually how little that I know in regards to some of these things. I made a pretty bad choice to assume that my trainer friends knew as much as they thought they did. I know that Im pretty consistently making my follower angry with my posts but I`m so thankful that I have the opportunity to actually speak with people on here as I'm learning so much more this way than through my own research.
Ya I was waiting until they fixed the new one in the gym before I posted. The old handheld put me at 23.1 a few weeks ago so I guess putting that in is better than nothing
I've read conflicting stories myself. But seeing as how it's my thyroid, it's not something I'm going to rest playing with. I'll just eat right and do cardio....
Agreed, thyroid is just too important to be messing with imo
