Specific Help with Cycle Please!

ad

Hey experts, I've tried the search function, but I need some specific info on what to do.

37, 190lbs, clean diet, minimal alcohol.

I currently run 2 cc's of Test E 250 per week due to low T. (Low 300's naturally) I've acquired 12 weeks (3cc's per week) of Test P 250 on a recommendation. I have Aromasin 25 that I stopped taking because I have no sensitivity. I take HCG every week.

My questions are these:

•What is the best days to pin what? (Test E, Test P, HCG)

Sunday-
Monday-
Tuesday-
Wednesday-
Thursday-
Friday-
Saturday-

•Do I need a PCT if I am going to be staying on the Test E virtually the rest of my life due to low T?

•How much, if any, of the Aromasin do I need to take?

•The only side effects I have are some hair growth on my upper back, and a few pimples on the back of my arms. Anything to combat the acne?

THANK YOU for any and all help with this!

Your profile says 35 but your post says 39 - so I'm already skeptical

Hey experts, I've tried the search function, but I need some specific info on what to do.

This kinda makes you sound like a dick as well as you want everyone to do the work for you... TRUST ME there are YEARS of cumulative knowledge within our archives... So don't come in here to be spoonfed what takes weeks -months - (years?) to learn ...GET SCROLLING!!

Bro,

I am also a TRT patient. I have carefully, actually, very carefully reviewed your post and our comments so far that just express how helpful this community wants to be to all who come here.

The site leadership is going to need to weigh in on this quickly because IMO you have definitely crossed into asking for medical advice that is not tied into any specific diet, nutrition or exercise program nor do you appear to be using the site to review the best non-prescription sources of testosterone medications.

We use a drug called cabergoline to manage certain side effects from certain steroid compounds. Cabergoline is also used in the early treatment of Parkinson's disease but we would absolutely not render an opinion on efficacy or dose for such an application.

If we're doing full on TRT consults for folk that want to manage a low T medical condition without medical supervision, than that's what we want to do. Up to the MOD team to decide.

As simple as this seems, it is beyond my level of competence and I would not render an opinion.

I am in accord with Rusty below - this makes me extremely uncomfortable. I don't know how others feel.

Real cautious,
GearHead

Going in for blood work tomorrow, I'll report back with the results. Thank you to all who gave input.

IrishMack's picture

And your doctor did not discuss any of this with you? The acrid smell of dead fish is wavering here.

JohnnyIron's picture

I've decided to go my own route then to pay the "doctor" $200 a month for virtually nothing.

IrishMack's picture

so your own route of hrt you do 500mg a week?

JohnnyIron's picture

But as I mentioned, I was seeing the doc up until 2 weeks ago. I just felt it was a ripoff, and BS that the government can tell me what I can and can't do for myself. Based on the original post, what do you recommend?

JohnnyIron's picture

Correct- That brought my levels up to around 1600, and I feel great for the most part.

IrishMack's picture

Do some more research before you end up hurting yourself. That is triple the level of Hrt and more like a cycle dose and you cannot stay on that indefinitely. My doctor threw me on 125 every 10 days and I'm 41 with levels in the 300's natty. You are not a teenager according to your age so do it the smart way. Self prescribed TRT means you better be doing blood work every month and thats fkn serious.

JohnnyIron's picture

Thanks for the input- but I am not interested in a high-level of HRT, I want to run some extra stuff for 12 weeks in addition. Agreed, but that is why I posted this post, to get some input. I'm positive the damage done from having low T, combined with alcohol and drugs as a youth most of my life is way worse than running a cycle in addition to HRT. Obviously the doc is not going to prescribe me anything more than 1.25 of Test 250 per week, but as I mentioned I want to bump it up for 12 weeks.

This is extremely frustrating, and it makes me either want to quit all of it, or start pinning myself at random like plenty of dumb-asses do. I've been asking questions locally for weeks and can't get any real answers in regards to the stuff I have, and the amount I should do for 12 weeks. Is it simply not good to run a cycle of Test E and Test P?

IrishMack's picture

test e 500mg a week for 12 weeks; then back to the hrt dose of 125 a week is the norm. The prop is only to kickstart but since you are hrt you don't really need it in my opinion as its already in your system.

Doss's picture

Couple things need to be pointed out for you:

This is in reference to you stopping your AI...

1) prop has one of the highest aromatizing rates, and 250 three times per week is a bit high.

2) hcg also aromatizes, quite rapidly.

Rather than telling you what I know your e2 levels are doing, I'd encourage you to run some blood work so you can see for yourself. Your acne is a symptom of elevated e2, brother, and it will only get worse and be accompanied by additional sides.

I am also on trt. 200 mg/wk of test cyp, 350 iu hcg twice a week, and 1 mg adex twice a week. Get back on track bro

Thank you for the feedback.

JohnnyIron's picture

Thank you for the feedback- I am heading in the right direction now.

mwagner630's picture

so are you medically prescribed TRT? 500mg a week for low test is way out of the norm especially for someone who was in the 300's considering 300's is in the low normal range for some diagnostics. im on trt and run 150mg a week on cruise and it keeps my levels in the mid to high 500's . when was your last blood work done on your current cruise dose? how long have you been on trt? have you had any previous cycling experience? what are your goals?

JohnnyIron's picture

Thank you for the response- I was, up until 2 weeks ago. What I was paying for seemed like a rip-off, so I ordered my own and started taking it. Prescription was 1.25 cc's per week of Test E 250. When I bumped it up to 2 cc's, the numbers went to around 1600. I am due for bloodwork for sure. Negative, I have never run anything before 5 months ago. To be honest, I am not interested in low-to mid levels. I only found out about the low T recently, so it felt like a slap in the face that I have been athletic and "normal", but had no idea. I only went in to get tested because I was a moody bastard. Now I want some real gains, not just a "normal" level.
