Fuck off.
PurplemayhemYoure really young dude, why cycle? Youre risking alot with an undeveloped endocrine system
curious..what was your weight prior to that test e cycle?
73kg. almost same bf
Im dropping a little extra bf now by diet only and fucking cardio which I hate. Trust me, it sucks but can be done. Best way to go about it bud. Plus like HB said below. A little to young still.
I just worry if I lose my gains from first cycle. The cut training and dieting isnt problem for me. I have done it before and lost around 9 kg(from 73 around %20 bf to 64) in 3 months with some muscle. But this gains not natural and I don't wanna lose them, this is why I consider a cycle.
Trying to be a shredded 150lbs, ohhh yeaaaaa
1) 15% bodyfat at 78kg? Do you understand what that means?
2) you're 24 and looking at running a cut cycle?
3) single digit bodyfat at 75kg means A DIET IN A CALORIE DEFICIET but getting to 80kg MEANS A DIET IN A CALORIE SURPLUS
4) do you also understand that single digit bodyfat at whatever weight is not sustainable year round?
This is a fuck up and will not be taken lightly...
My advice - eat and train for your goal. STEROIDS ARE NOT FOR GETTING IN SHAPE!

1) yes. I was like skeleton(without any packs imagine fatty skeleton) before starting lifting.
2) I agree that this is problem
3) I am really hardgainer I bulked with 3600-4000kcal from 67 to 73 natural with really some bf increase.
4) My opinion maybe on 75kg I can carry it but I am not an experienced so Idk.
I really would like to make it natural but as I said above, I don't wanna lose my gains from first cycle, I gave fucking 3 months and trained untill almost die to gain it.
Thank you for honest reply
You gave it 3 months and you gave up and turned to steriods? Come on...
No such a thing as a hardgainer - this is marketing bullshit that supplement companies came up with. I believed I was a hardgainer because I ate and ate and ate but no size. I grew up a skinny skinny, almost anorexic looking kid even though I ate like a pig. In my 30's i discovered proper nutrition and macros, and a training program that suited my body and I packed on 21kg in 3 YEARS naturally. There wasn't a single person more dedicated to growing and to understanding what worked for me in my gym, I was there every fucking morning at 6am when those doors opened come hell or high water. I got bigger, stronger, filled out and then that's when I looked at wanting to take myself to the next level...
If I'm honest with myself I did not understand how and what to do properly in my 20's, I fucked around and wasn't dedicated and blamed it on being a hardgainer...
3 months is a piss in the ocean... you need food, a proper training program and dedication and consistency...
No such thing as an "ectomorph" either. People just love to drop that excuse as to why they're not growing. Why a hypothesis (somatotypes) that's been outdated and debunked since the 70's is still namedropped as fact to this day escapes me. Blaming lack of size on "being an ectomorph" is as absurd as blaming depression on "an imbalance of the humors."
RustyhookerThere are true ectomorphs. But you wont find em on eroids. Ive trained a few and any drop whatsoever in calories and they drop weight. No body fat, chisled skinny dudes.
The folks ya see here claim ecto then call it skinny fat. Thats just lazy.
Exactly! I too used to think I was ectomorph. Everything needs a label these days as excuse. It's all done to dedication and consistency and "giving it 3 months" is sadly none of those
You are small. And just a little too young. No advices except train hard and eat hard.
Agreed
