Painful pumps HELP

ad

I am currently running a deca/test cycle 800/500deca.My muscle is tightening up incredibly bad.I have had painful pumps before but this is rediculous. No matter how much weight I am pushing ,whether it be 50lbs or 250 pds it kills around 8 reps.I cant do 15 reps@ aa super light weight.Never experienced anything like this.I fear there may be a bigger problem at hand.In the mean time I took a flexiril(muscle relaxer) pre workout and it helped out.In regards to a muscle rel;axer pre workout ,will it effect muscle creation?Any other solutions or thoughts? Also,i have been sweating my bed wet every night .Its bad this may have something to do with something.

Muscle relaxers before working out? Smh

Sounds like you have a fluid issue. Possibly your dehydrated as I had an issue the first week with anadrol, very similar. I loaded up on fluids, oj, pineapple juice, coconut water, chocolate milk (post workout of course ;) ) w/e had lots of electrolytes and I was fine. Could just be your body is shuttling all the fluid to other spots than were it needs to be

I like coconut water for this. Very refreshing as well.

I add potassium chloride powder and a tiny bit of salt with pepper and mrs dash to my eggs. Then drink a glass of lemon water. Better than gatorade.

My latest potassium blood level was flagged as high, but only barely over. I just sprinkle it on like salt, but I use less K than most people use salt, with a little sprinkle of salt added. They taste very similar. Everything is toxic in "high amounts". Even water.

It's extremely hard to reach unless you are using a potassium sparing diuretic and loading it on top of that

Muscle relaxers are counter productive to the contractile stimulation of your workouts. It does this at a chemical level, so you will hinder yourself by continuing to follow this path.

Need to focus on fluid and mineral balances. Potassium, taurine, water, and other electrolytes will play a more important role here, as well as support healthy and enhanced contractile function.

There's a neurotransmitter that is secreted in response to these drugs. Benzo's do the same thing. This chemical is responsible for suppressing neuro-electrical impulses to skeletal muscles. Therein, reducing the efficiency of the stimulus that causes your muscles to contract in the first place.

Pedialyte children drink. You're dehydrated. Possibly electrolytes are out of whack. Try drinking pedialyte before and during workout.

Taurine and shit loads of water!

You are most likely dehydrated...flexerall will dehydrate you further and is only for muscle spasms not muscle pumps. More water, electrolyte balance, taurine should help

Add a banana preworkout. Orange juice is a good source as well. The more pulp the higher the nutrient content. Relief will not come over night but will gradually get better if you stick to the routine.
