noob 1st time cycle
ad
Hey guys! I've been reading the forums for a while and just registered. I'm 40, 285 50 and 6, 2". I've got a solid muscle foundation but I'm at about 25 percent body fat. I haven't worked out as much over the last year and have gained some weight but since I started back I just don't notice any gains and the drive is down. I want to do a test e cycle for about 10 weeks.
Question is how much per week and also what pct products should I use with dosage and length? I know about clomid, hcg, etc., but i need help with exactly what products and dosage for my pct. Please help Thanks so much!

Grillmaster78For my pct I only use GnRH (Triptorelin), 1 shot at 100mcg. I take it about 2 weeks after my last test shot (test enenthate). My balls grow back quickly and I do not experience withdrawals like depression and muscle loss, except my body seems to flatten out losing my "shredded" look.
I used to take the HCG before, usually 3 shots spaced out weekly.
I appreciate the advice guys
You should really get that BF down to around 15% first. Possible side effects and estro problems are greatly increased the higher the BF. Just my .02
Get your BF down, then run your cycle. Better bang for your buck, and you'll be much more satisfied.
RustyhookerBlood work? Really need that first.
Then diet plan.
Then workout program.
Thanks Rusty. What should I have checked other than Test levels? Thanks again!
Get a full Female Hormone Panel, that will give you Test and Estroidal. Along with everything else you need to know
Thanks!
RustyhookerPrivatemdlabs.com is one testing spot but there's many others too. It's confidential as well so no worry of boss knowing
Cool thanks! Been doing some research today. Gonna order the full male hormone panel test. Will post results
You want the female hormone panel brother, just tell them your a male on the confirmation.
Not to be a pest but again I'm new at this, what's the difference or why the female one? Just want to understand for learning. Thanks e
I believe the main reason is because the female hormone panel gives you your estroidal level, which is very important. There may be other reasons, but I think this is the main one.
Also, some tests only say >1500 if test levels are higher than 1500 ng/dl where as the female hormone panel will give you the exact ng/dl no matter how high it is.
There is prolly some more knowledgeable members on this topic than me, but these are the main 2 reasons that I'm aware of.
Thanks for explaining, I really appreciate it!
