Hello everyone, I'm new to the website. I've tried gear when I was about 18 with no guidance. I educated myself with proper training and nutrition and now I'm ready to step it up a notch with gear with the proper guidance if anyone can help or tell me about the ropes I would greatly appreciate it.
Thanks

Your 23. 5'9" and you weigh 165lbs. Your too young for juice, you will damage your endo system. You need to learn how to eat for gains. Hit up the diet section, Viking has some ideas that will add 20 lbs to that frame without gear. Real food is the most anabolic compound on earth, NOT GEAR. Learn how to eat, learn how to better train to reach your goals and come back in 2 years and we will be happy to help you step it up. Your hieght and weight tell me you are not educated or at least not practicing proper nutrition to meet your goals.
First you are way too young I dont think you understand the consequences that come along with using this stuff. At your age its not worth it. You aren't going to get what you think you will get out of gear. Change your work out routine and diet. By Any means stay away from gear every one my age that has started that young has serious adverse sexual side effects aswell as many others
Im sure this has all been said before but you gotta wait a little bit longer man. And at 165lbs you're not quite big enough to be using gear. You still have a lot of potential gains to make naturally which is always the best way to do things. No side effects, no risk to your health etc. Spend the next two years lifting naturally and you can easily put on 20-25lbs of muscle. 190 is a much better starting point for using gear. And shit who knows, maybe in two year at that weight your happy with your body and don't even wanna use gear anymore.
Well now after the thread as I write this is already 16 comments deep there's nothing to be said that hasn't been said except - what are your long term goals my man?
You write:
Could u expand on that a little?
I would recommend a 24month minimum cycle... Start with the king of growth, Chicken and sweet taters....let's say 1000grams a day or more...then throw in orals...lots of orals...like pasta and bread and meat...how about more oils though...yup omega 3s from fish and Olive oil...Farmer grade on both...then with all this oil and orals lift 3 nah 5 times a week...done forget your AI (amino intake) and PCT (physical complete training) run this for 24 months and be sure to keep us updated
lmao PCT (physical complete training)
Admittedly you may have to get underground sweet potatoes
Truth talk u aren't ready for steroids. Let's go over just a few reasons. One your body is not fully matured and messing with your hormones now can have life altering consequences. Two steroids are used for when u reach your natural potential. U weight 165 pounds no way are u even close to been maxed out all natty. Third u are running a cycle now no shit your body is pumping out test at record numbers shutting this down right now is a bad mistake. If u are not making gains and seeing results u need to focus on your diet and training. Most likely diet. It's easy working out the kitchen is what separates the men from the boys
This better not be Justin beiber again :(...165lbs SMH eat and lift til 25 and you'll be easily 190+ with a good diet and workout routine
And nah bro I started at 205. I had a nice foundation when I started and I dieted to 165 and IMO I shouldn't be 5 9 below 160 to get shredded. So thought gear would help and be optimal. I do agree with y'all saying I'm you to jump on. But the greats started using gear at a young age. Jeff seid most likely started at the age of 16-18. So what's y'all's take on that?
No offense at all but u might be delusional u say u was at 205 pounds with a good foundation but u dieted down to 165 and your still not shredded. That's 40 pounds if u had a good foundation at 205 u wouldn't have to diet down to 180 to be ripped. That 40 pounds is a fifth of your starting bodywieght. This really raises some major flags for me. U shouldn't need to cut a fifth of your body weight and still not have good muscle separation. One u don't know how to diet or two you are somewhat delusional
Well post a picture bro...the thing is with all do respect 99.99% of us won't be greats myself included...I'm a nice lookin big guy but I'm no Arnold... So chances are and especially at you height and weight and age you never will be either...especially since he was already a beast at 18 and you're 5 yes older and not a beast at all (no offense) so what I recommend is being healthy and natural as long as possible and keep lifting and with luck you'll be like me and dating a 25 yr old bombshell at 32 and will live a long happy life together and when guys see you they won't know whether to be more jealous of your body or your girl...but you'll know that you made the right choice by not cycling until you have your body on lock...and that because of this you'll be around and healthy for a long time to enjoy that beautiful woman and your life together
Nice answer plus one.
I'm waiting on him to replay he says he's been dieting to get to 165? Was he completely out of shape. Most guys that small aren't dieting down to get smaller
Yeah man I started Dieting at 185.
These last few lbs are a pain in the ass.
I've been dieting down for the last 15 weeks to 165 and I do agreei haven't reached my full potential as a natty but I'm just trying to get shredded. Thanks for the reply guys. I do appreciate it. Just thought I could have used gear to my protocol to take it to another level.
Ok think of it like this: you've been tearin down the machine for 15 weeks. Now its time to rebuild the machine with new parts almost like an overhaul. Bring them calories, carbs, protein, healthy fats way up and train as if your life depends on it. I promise you that results will come and if you do this if and when you decide to take the plunge it will yield much better results. Im 5'9" 213 lbs @14% bf. If your 165lbs at 5'9" you should be able to hit at least 185-190 with good diet and training
Lol I'm six foot four sitting at 272 right now
Lmao! Yeah I took that out...I was thinkin of someone else bro....my bad
What's your body fat how much weight did u lose. Post this up what's your diet look like
Diet is what determines how shredded u get.it's amazing how many people think steroids is a magic pill or shot that will make u look like Arnold. It's not the reality is steroids are only a small tool that guys use to break past barriers once they have reached there natural potential. The longer u wait and the better foundation u lay when the time comes to use steroids the results will be ten fold than if u jump on right now. U take the next few years and build a solid foundation then consider steroids u will come back here thinking everyone that told u this. Research all u want build up a wealth of knowledge and hit up all the food forums. We are in a marathon not a Sprint . U can achieve your goals right now without shortcuts. Good luck young sir hope u consider this

You won't get any help askin ti get spoon fed my man. If you educated yourself with training and nutrition thats good. Stay on that road for a couple more years then make that decision. Nobody here is goin to show you the "ropes" at 23. Thats not how it works around here.....good luck
Ugh 23.
