Newbie question
Hi all this is my first time posting something on a roids forum, Just got a quick question and need some advice.
Got me some GP dbol from naps and I'm using 30mg a day, been at it for 2 weeks and I haven't gained a pound. My diet is clean my calorie intake is high and getting about 150-160g of protein a day. Just in case I'm also at 100mg of test p eod. and 400mg of Boldenone undecylenate a week. I'm on my second week and still see no results. started at 160 lbs and still stuck at 160lbs.
Now my question is should I up my doses? I see people here taking like 50-80 mg of gp dbol. so I'm wondering if its a weak dbol and I should take more.
Please let me know what you think. Its also my first cycle I also got arimidex nolva and hcg 5000iu and clomid
Thanks

2 weeks? in the heart of the summer? no weight gain whatsoever?, WOW thats impossible, lmao....impatient people i tell ya, ..
Delete the source and lab name from your post.
Why are you running 3 compounds on your first cycle? Did you do any research at all? The source you mentioned is one that I have used more than any other. I'd be willing to bet that that dbol isn't bunk. (anything is possible though I guess).
-Your cycle is wrong
-Your diet is wrong
-Anything you gain is going to fall right off and you'll be right back at 160 when it's over.
You aren't ready man.
Regroup, research, add some natty weight and try again.
get that diet in check man if it already isnt. Is this your first cycle? (im guessing it is since if you'd cycled before and not got results you would have gone and done a little more research)
Why so many compounds too? Test prop is enough by itself for a first cycle aim for 100-150mg EOD or 500mg a week total and you will gain heaps (provided diet and sleep are right)
I'm going to assume you have your PCT sorted as well
I didnt see any mention of pre cycle BW. Did i miss that somewhere? OP did u get any BW?
By the way, you need to delete the source name and brands from your post.
Diet and training aside....if you suspect the gear you are running is bunk, the answer is NOT to run more of your suspected bunk gear. The doses you have outlined are more than enough to produce results with proper diet, training, and muscle maturity.
Do not up the doses, if anything stop taking the stuff if you think it is bunk....reason being, if it isnt AAS then what is it? If you dont know, dont shoot/injest it.
Not commenting on the legitamacy of said gear, or your readiness to run it....just a general rule when authenticity is in question
Only a 150g of protein a day!? My breakfast alone this morning had 85g of protein and I have 6 more meals to go. That is the reason you are not growing. You can't expect to grow without providing the building blocks your body needs to do that. Adding more gear wont make up for that. You can't make something out of nothing, no matter how much AAS you take. I think you might be in over your head here. Unless you are under 5' tall and under 10% BF you are no where near ready to be doing a cycle. You have a lot of room to grow here and you need to learn how to grow naturally with food or whatever gains you may make with a cycle will be lost in a heartbeat afterwards because you don't know how to eat to grow and then maintain that mass. We defininitely need to take a look at your diet to get this figured out. What are your daily cals and macros?
Yep! I was thinking the same thing! 150 protein? .....
5k to 6k calories a day. And I always thought it was 1gram of protein per pound guess I was wrong. And also that's why I'm here to get advice from the pros on how to grow. guess I been doing it all wrong
Write down what you eat here. Unless you're eating on the treadmill on 20 all day while eating 6000 calories, then it doesn't seem plausible that you haven't gained a single lb. Juice or no juice.
Either that or you're grossly underestimating how much you eat OR you're just bullshitting us and have no idea what your doing.
Are you actually logging what you eat to get at that calorie count or is that an estimate? I would shoot for a minimum of 1.5 g/lb and 2 would be even better.
that's me keeping track of what I eat during the day I make sure I get enough calories and if I don't on food alone i'll take a weight gainer for adding calories and thanks on the protein I was wrong on that subject
You must really be a hardgainer or either your thyroid is out of whack. I would get your thyroid level checked. Best advice I can give you right now is that you need to find out what and how you need to eat to gain weight naturally. Apparently 6K cals isn't enough so you need more. Find out how much that is so you know how much you need to eat to gain weight naturally. Once you have been able to put on some size by learning how much you really need to eat then I would consider cycling. You should be able to put on at least 30lbs naturally fairly easily based upon your frame size. Remember that you will have to keep eating more the more weight you gain. Once you have done that then I would consider cycling. Cycling right now is pointless and will likely get you nowhere as you are finding out because you are not able to eat enough to support the growth. You are only 2wks in so I would cut the cycle now and get your diet in line and learn what and how much you need to eat to gain weight. Otherewise all you are going get out of this cycle is a shutdown HPTA and nothing to show for it and likely be in a worse condition than when you started. Maybe this will help some.

Nice thanks very much and yes I'm a hardgainer. the only time I gained weight was when I was 18 hitting the gym hard and eating lots and went up to 195 but after I stopped working out I went back down to 150. Thanks for all your help I really appreciate it
6' 160lbs??? Huh?? Do you eat bro? or is that a typo?
I eat like a horse yet I don't gain a pound I have a high metabolism. I took weight gainers prohormones just about everything to gain weight. And all I get is cut and gain no weight.
