New to steroids

ad

Hi everyone. I'm brand new to eroids and anabolics. I was looking to order my first cycle and I was thinking about doing:

Test E (250mg/week for 12 weeks) I know a 500mg dose would be much more effective, but I'm trying to gain a decent amount of muscle without spending TOO much, since I'm on a budget.

Dianabol (30mg/day for 4-6 weeks)

And

Nolvadex (30mg/day for 4 weeks after my cycle)

What do you guys think of this stack for a beginner? Thanks!

Not even reading below as I know it would have already been taken care of...

25 years old ...just about boarder line to start a cycle so have a rethink in a few years.

Too light a body weight at your height to being thinking about a cycle. ..food would be your main ingredient here

Muscle and cycles I believe can't be built on a budget as you not only have to cover every aspect of your cycle by purchasing all your compounds ready from when your cycle starts but also ensuring you have your AI's and PCT compounds ready and lastly .....
A cycle of compounds won't work without the introduction of food and plenty of it...which then again leads down to budget.

In the nicest possible way...
Leave it well alone for the time being at least

Everything has been said already. This post is absolutely bollocks and a waste of time.
Eat, train and if you like, educate yourself while staying natural for the next years

Few things wrong here.
First, your not only new to eroids and AAS. You're new to lifting......smh, you shouldn't even be researching this shit yet. Get at least a few years under your belt before you even consider it.
Second, why are funds for gear so low? If you can't afford simple test and some ancillaries then you got bigger problems to worry about. Gear is cheap, dirt cheap. Unless you're running a long cycle of pharma grade primo or var or buying gh kits. Nothing should be "out of your price range" ..makes me think these posts are from some kid still living with their parents saving up allowances to buy gear. Do you work??
Third, 1 compound per cycle!!!!!!! Test only for a first cycle. Which you shouldn't even be considering based on my previous statements.

"I've been lifting about a year"

That's way premature for using gear. Build a least something resembling a base.

If you're on the budget then hold off with aas until you can spend whatever iscrequired to run a proper cycle. Invest that money in food. You're still young and in your hormonal prime. Use that to build solid foindation and reach your natural limits. Trust, any cycle will cost you more than you originally plan to spend. Food, ancillaries, pct etc. and pct is often more expensive than gear itself. I'm not even talking about an urge to do more once you start making progress. So your limited budget will make that cycle missing on many points, food being the most important one. 250mg of test is like a trt dose, if you're over 40 with low T, it will make a difference. In your case, you're shitting yourself down and spending hard earned money on a skeleton of a cycle. Reward not worth the risk in my opinion. Aas don't do magic. The guys that you see in magazines are pros that are on for the whole year. Without proper nitrition you will just blow up with water and then piss everything to the toilet and be hugely dissapointed. My advice - don't do it, you still have time to play with your hormones

I really appreciate the straightforward reply! I'll work on dialing everything else in and see where to go after that. Thank you!

Honestly bro the juice and pct is the cheapest part of the cycle.. Food will be where you spend most of your money just a reference but whatever your grocery bill is now at least double that while on cycle.. If not then it's just a waste of juice and time..

That sounds fair haha. Thank you!

If you cannot afford the steroids you DEFINITELY cannot afford the food.

This should be turned into a sticky on its own... Or added to the rules... Or something. Nothing says you're not ready like not being able to afford to eat.

I've been lifting for about a year. I lift 5 to 6 days a week, hitting small muscle groups 2 times a week, legs once a week, chest and back once a week. Eating about 300 grams of protein a day, about 300 grams of carbs. Around 80g of fats. Is that enough info or do you need more specifics? Thanks!

IrishMack's picture

We do need specifics as a matter of fact.
How are you getting those numbers, I.e what types of protein are you eating, what types of carbs, fats, e.t.c. I don't want a breakfast lunch dinner breakdown......yet.

Calebross15's picture

A lot of eggs, Greek yogurt, protein shakes, chicken breast, steak for the protein (and some of the fat obviously). Carbs are mostly brown rice and potatoes. Fat is from the meats and dairy plus peanut butter, avocado, olive oil, etc

IrishMack's picture

How many shakes?

Calebross15's picture

Usually one in the morning between meals. One after lifting. Those are both whey. 50g each. And then usually a 25g casein shake before bed.

IrishMack's picture

OK then you need to subtract half of that from your total protein. So a 50 gram shake is actually about 22 or 23 because your body is not digesting all of it. Whey protein is a fast in and out. Powder will never compare to foods you have to digest slowly like chicken and steak and fish. 2 days ago I did an entire day of getting 50% of my protein from shakes. I had the shits all fkn day and you know why? It was the protein powder. Whole foods will give you sustained protein release for hours compared to powder. You are not eating enough. Limit shakes to 25grams before or after a workout and one before bed preferably casein at night. Carbs should be sweet potatoes, Jasmin rice, oatmeal and not the quaker instant full of sugar shit either, buy the stuff you have to cook and sweeten it with honey. All your foods should be whole not instant or boxed. Vegetables are a must as well as fruits to satisfy the sweet tooth. Enough said.

Duly noted. Thanks very much for the advice!

The hardest thing about this lifestyle is the nutrition, everything else comes easy. If you need advice for that make sure you hitbthe diet section. We have some great guys in there that know their shit and can steer you where you need to go. You might grow a ton in 6 months and look back and say to yourself " What was I thinking?"

Calebross15's picture

I'll do that! Appreciate it
