New to Eroids/First cycle

ad

I've been looking around for hours researching all day today. I have been curious about steroids because I've been working out for years since my teens 4-5 days a week. I'm stuck at a plateau I've felt like I reached my full genetic potential. My first cycle will be:

Test E: 500mg 1-12
Arimidex on hand if I need it

Pct
100/100/50/50
Nolva
40/40/20/20/20

My diet will be
250 grams of protein
150g of carbs- 200g carbs
Fats 80g

My stats are under my name like everyone else's. My goal is to add more muscle mass without getting fat. That's where I came up with my diet.

I will get bloods done before and mid cycle

That is the reason you have plateaud. Running a cycle with that diet isn't going to change things.

Dished out some +2 here.

It looks like you have researched a little bit. I believe that as others have said below research more on diet. I think that if you change your diet and increase your intake you will get through your plateu and once you have done that then look at adding in gear. Before you start running gear get completely ready for your cycle. Diet and training harder and then adding gear you will get much better results then starting gear when you are at a plateu.
You have a plan i just believe that it could be a more solid plan before jumping on gear. Make sure that you are able to maintain the diet you have set up. You say you train 5 days on cycle I try to train 6 even 7 every day doesn't have to be lifting there are many different types of training you can add to get the most out of your cycle.

Good luck and good gains

You've posted no stats:

1) Age

2) Height

3) Weight

4) BF%

5) Goals

Also, it's evident you don't know much about diet. Assuming you want to bulk, since you want to use gear to get past your plateau, you are not getting anywhere near the required macros for a bulk. And your PCT is confusing, as you have a bottom and top set of numbers listed.

you didn't reach your genetic potential, you're eating the same. So if you continue to eat the same, even the gear isn't going to help much. Double your carb intake, stop eating like a 200 pounder. That's about 2500 calories right there, you must be wanting to cycle to maintain your weight, that's what U want to do?

This baffles me...to lose bf you'll have to eat less, to make your physique look better you'd have to add muscle which means eat more which you're aftraid of. Good luck, you're going to be that guy on a bunch of gear that stays the same size year after year.

I don't know how he's 200 lbs. at 5' 10" off a 2,500 calorie diet. I'm 5' 10" at 198 and eating nearly 4,000 calories to bulk, and my maintenance calories alone are around 3,500.

Shit idk....damn my maint. Is 3800ish, u must have very active days

Yeah, that is something I often negate when considering others' calories. I do stay fairly active. Regardless, I don't see how someone 5' 10" can bulk off 2,500 calories. I mean, if he's hitting the gym 4-5 days a week, at 45 minutes each workout, it just makes sense that he consumes more calories.

Edit: At his weight, he has got to be burning through at least 2-300 calories per 45 minute workout.

He can't bulk off that, that's why he said he's hit his potential, he's simply just not eating enough
