new Doc on the block
Hello Everyone. I've been researching vigorously but only for the last few months.
I've appreciated the insightful experience from many of you on this sites forums.
I'm a 40 yr old physician. Education & taking care of patients always put my goals of training on the back seat. So I hope it's better late than never...for this noob.
I'm 5'9; got back into the gym (regularly) 3 months ago and dropped from 180 lbs to 168 lbs & waist 34 in to 31 inches from weights & leaner diet (but no cardio). I schedule 4-5 days in the gym & am doing more HIIT along w/ weights. Adjusting my TDEE based on caloric intake, 5-6 meals; higher protein load, etc.
I could use First CYCLE advice from those w/ experience & knowledge.
ADVICE on: is this cycle safe &effective; what should I expect, any changes in plan, etc....
I'm strategizing to start this cycle:
Test C 250mg - Wed pm / Sun am
Dbol 30 mg - evenings
Aromasin 25 mg EOD (vs ED)
PCT
Nolva
Clomiphene
Thanks in advance

I made great gains from this program, and still run it from time to time. It's called the generic bulking routine, and it works like a champ. http://forums.lylemcdonald.com/showthread.php?t=1696
168 pounds and 5'9 is a small guy. really need to take a look at your calorie intake. diet to atleast 185 naturally
Doc, you look like you got your stuff together and are old enough to run a cycle, but the bros are right it is worthless unless you have your diet in place...
...furthermore where are your bloodwork levels at?...as doc you should easy access to have a baseline on hand...lol
Well seems like you are a smart man, so I will give you some smart options..
First of all I am 5'9'' and 215lbs and still feel I should have waited for AAS, I have been training for around 5 years on and off now..
Thing is to get your body fat under 10-13% and have some lean muscle mass going.. so I would start by getting to your goal weight and maximize your potential without AAS before you take the plunge..
This can be assisted by nitric oxide supplements, l-arginine, creatine, whey/casein protein powders, glutamine, ALCAR (acetyl-l-carnitine), ALA, NAC, fish oils etc... those alone will give you a wicked pump and increase your size along with a GOOD diet!
Diet is everything and just keep in mind AAS is the ICING on the CAKE! I definitely think you have a ways to go naturally breaking plataeus before you take the plunge.
Take care!
Thx. Advice well received.
Sounds like you are on the right track with your training and diet. You can go quite a ways yet without any AAS. Build as solid of a base naturally and then take it to the next level with AAS.
Seeing that you are in the gym 4-5 days a week and your dropping weight(fat).
You need to start eating a whole lot of food and work you way back up to 180lbs naturally before thinking of any hormone use.
And the answers you are seeking on what to expect, changes, is it safe and effective..... will be answered by research.
3 months in the gym and looking to run a cycle already? That's not really a base you've built.
Sorry, mean to clarify: last 3 months have been on a new targeted regimen.
General gym routine has been 3 days/week for 15 yrs. But that was mostly cardio w/ weights to stay lean. The whole mass endeavor is 2014.
