Need some advice on cycle

ad

I'll be the first to admit. I've done some idiotic things with usage in general in the past. Here I am now on the verge of being 36 trying to get myself back in shape.
I need advice on a basic stack package for a cut/lean build. Stack and diet please..

This is my 4th cycle ever. Last ran several years back.

Stats:
6'1
223lbs (yes I'm a little overweight through the midsection)
20% body fat (just a guesstimate)

What I have on hand

Sus 350mg
Primo dep. 200mg
Deca 300mg
Var 50mg tabs
And you know running deca I've got some viagra on hand..

Please help ladies and gents

Personally I'm a hard gainer. It wasn't until I got my diet where I wanted it to be and a few years in the gym that I decided to run some gear to help me get to my target weight and size. I like to prepare my meals for a few days in advance and though it can be bland I grill a lot of chicken breast and cook some brown rice and typically add some sort of vegetable to mix it up. It's just a good clean meal that can be put into containers and tossed in the fridge so you have it ready to go instead of opting for something with lesser nutritional quality because you are crunched for time. Find yourself a good protein shake and some other pre/post workout recovery items and hit the gym. It isn't worth rushing into using gear without building your base and getting your body used to lifting again. You will usually only do more harm than good. It may not be what you want to hear and you may just ignore the advice. But as stated below....get your diet right, shed some lbs of BF, get your baseline bloodwork If possible and take it from there. Using gear safely and as an aid instead of some sort of miracle fix is the best way to do it. Good luck bro happy lifting!

Basically what Diesel said below.
Drop th BF down a bit before running gear. Otherwise you're way more likely to get all the negative sides. People who run gear overweight aren't going to get the full benefits of the gear. Then they get upset like they got bad gear but in reality they didn't get dialed in before running.

You don't use steroids to "get back in shape" bro. You get in shape, then use steroids. That way, when you come off...which will eventually happen whether you want to or not....you will at least maintain the foundation that you built prior to using steroids. That means at the very least...lift consistently with a solid diet for at least a year, THEN re evaluate and plan your run. The gym and diet will dictate your results from steroids and just because you have it on hand....doesnt mean you should use it. It takes a long time for oil solutions to actually go bad so don't worry about them "expiring" and going to waste. Health is priceless. Steroids can always be bought. They have been around a long time and will always be around. If that is actually you in the pic on you avatar, and is recent ...you got a headstart, but get your joints and tendons acclimated to lifting consistently and naturally, after a year then plan your cycle. Otherwise you'd just be another steroid user who jumped on cycle prematurely and tears a muscle/gets injured. Good luck
