Hey guys, I currently have some test-e which I want to run at 400mg a week.
I had a look on a store for PCT and AI but everything that has been recommended to me online, isn't there and I don't understand which is which with all the different names.
Could somebody help explain it to me, or better.. tell me what they recommend I buy for both AI and PCT and how much to use.

You’re 235 @ 6’5”, what is your bf%? What is your diet? How long have you been training? What’s your reasoning for wanting to run gear? You need to do some searching, studying and really think if this is something you are ready to get into, or if the risk is worth the reward and judging by the questions that you are asking, no disrespect but the answer would be no. These are the a,b,c’s the things you should already know all about before you even jump into doing this stuff. Nothings wrong with patience and waiting awhile. Do some learning buddy, and you’ll find the questions you have after being armed with some education will be much more relevant.

I've actually done a cycle before and I am looking to do one again, not just for the purpose of bodybuilding but I just loved the mental effects and high sex drive I had last cycle.
I used Aromasin for my cycle and Clomid and Nolva for PCT.. very common suggestion that I'd always get and I would love to do them again. Maybe its because English isn't my first language but what I'm trying to say is on the store that I am using (pharmacom) these brands are under different names (or they just don't have them?) but I'm having a hard time translating to which is which.
For example they sell "ANASTROZOLOS" which is Armidex (this is one of the very few ones I was able to translate). I do not know the others and there names and would I run them at the same dosage as last time or different?
Pm the source and they will help you as I know this particular lab rename their products and it can confuse new guys that have never used them before. Also delete the source and lab above as your breaking the rules and it will prevent you from getting put in the red!

SynthgainsI suggest you do more research. Learn why you should use clomid, nolvadex, hcg, etc.
I would say clomid, nolvadex, hcg and an ai should be included in every pct.
A cycle is as successful as the recovery.
I for one wouldn't use an ai during pct. What is your reasoning for it. For myself personally I wouldn't bother with an ai at all at that low a dose but that is me I don't aromatise or tend to get any e2 sides but only bloods can tell you if it is needed or not otherwise you will just crash your e2
Sounds like you are way in over your head here. These are fundamentally the most basic questions that one should already have the answers to before even considering a cycle. All the answers are right at your fingertips. No one is going to spoonfeed you, You learn absolutely nothing that way.
Also need to delete the brand name.
Hey man sorry I must have worded my question very wrong, sorry english is not my first language.. You see I understand what exactly I want to use and I have even used them before (I can no longer get them) on the store I am using.. they are under different names. For example ANASTROZOLOS is Arimidex. I can not find the translation for others aka what is Nolvadex on the store, what is Adex. I would ask the people themselves but they quote "we're no longer authorized to offer any online consultation" which then lead them to telling me to ask this forum.
I will also delete the brand name
