Moving from first cycle of test e into cruse/blast
Hi all
First my stats:
Age 37
Height 166cm
Weight 81kg (180 pounds)
BF Aprox 15/16%
I'm well into my first cycle of test e, 500mg/week and have about 4 weeks left.
I've grown nicely, put on a bit of fat but not too concerned as eating a LOT and can cut later.
Anyway, I'm 37 and have all the kids I want. I'm considering moving into a cruise, perhaps for one more cycle, see how it goes. The plan is to move to a cruise on test e after 12 weeks and then head into a cutting cycle afterwards.
There are two reasons, first I would rather not head into PCT over Christmas as that might just be too depressing and second I'm liking being on right now and would be interested to see how much further I can get without cycling.
So my questions:
- If I did this how long would a decent cruise length be? How long would I need to drop to around 200mg per week?
- Although I have a full PCT I don't have HCG, I'm assuming I have to include HCG if I go on longer than the 12 weeks? If so dosing and timing? 500 IU per week enough?
- My second cycle (or rather next blast) would be a cutting cycle eg:
Tren A 50mg ED
Test P 50mg ED
Masterone P 50mg ED
Clen/t3 two week cycles
I would obviosuly have Adex and Caber on hand.
Is this too much for a second cycle/blast? Should I lower the test slightly and up the tren so weekly it would look more like 500mg tren pw and 250mg test P pw?
Finally Would there be any benefit, instead of going into a cruise, of extending the cycle, stopping the test e (500mg) at 10 weeks and then heading into a 10 week tren, mast, test blast and then going into PCT?
So total cycle length would be around 20 weeks. Too much? Or better than going into cruise/blast mode?
I suppose I'm really considering getting big then not losing too much and heading into a cut over the next couple of months without coming off. Due to age and kids I don't really mind either way but ideally I'd just rather not hit PCT right during Christmas
Any thoughts/advice?
Much appreciated!

What about labs, dude? If I was going to put you on TRT, I would want to know what your LH/FSH revealed, as well as, your testosterone and other bloodwork values.
Anonput down the T3 unless you have prior documented lab tests exhibiting a thyroid imbalance
Yes, good point. My thoughts exactly, as well as other labs.
Darron614Tren on your 2nd cycle is always highly recommended here at eroids!
But on a serious note, one compound at a time bro. Take things slow and learn about your body.
Not yet finished his first ever test cycle then planning on jumping into a four compound cutter..... what happened to steady progression learning one compound at once?
180lbs @ 15/16% bf........... brother you should be learning hard about nutrition and training than steroids at this stage.
Thanks. I think for me it's less about jumping in at the deep end for quick results and more about a theoretical move (or a question of tactics) from cycles to blast and cruise. But I do appreciate the advice.
The 15%+ body fat is also a bit misleading, I was MUCH lower than that before I started this cycle but my appetite is through the roof
And to some extent I'm kinda happy to add a bit of fat and get to 15/16% as I'd rather hit the calories hard and grow than toy around and possibly not get enough calories in.
Oh, I'm a short ass too
;)
But thanks again, I am listening. Quick follow up question then, forgetting the 4 compounds, would you still suggest at my age, late 30s cycling is preferable to blast and cruising? I know that's a pretty open ended question but I'm really in two minds about it!
Stick with cycling at this stage of your aas use brother until you fully get to grips with each compound and how they react to you... that way in the future you can change things up or down on the fly due to knowing what is creating problems and what not.
This method will pay you back ten fold... trust me
We are the same age, I have the same feelings as you and and likely going to go with blast/cruise. Plain and simple, my test is on the lower range, I felt much better with test than without. Also, we basically have the same cycle experience.
That being said, in my honest opinion, and from all the research I've done, my advice is to avoid the tren, clen and t3. Run test P and use your diet to cut. Add in the other compounds in a future cycle and as suggested below, one compound at a time. You need to know and understand what compound is giving you sides if you run into any. Chances are with that combo, you will get sides so you won't know which one is doing it (or if all of them are).
Feel free to PM me. We seem to be battling the same things internally so we can chat if you'd like!
Thanks, it does seem we're in a similar place!
Re. the clen and T3, I've done those before, same as test so I am clear on what the sides are, the tren is just interesting because of the benefits etc but maybe I'll leave it for a while
Sweet I got negged... Why? Oh well. I'll live another day
Its whatever we all did. Love to know who though.
Yeah OP maybe didn't like our one compound comment?
Not.him he has never downvoted. I checked
Mystery negger lol. I hope I can sleep tonight. ;)
Nope, definitely not me, just got here as I'd not been around to visit the topic
Thanks for the advice though!
PEZ is dead on. If you cruise it may become a life changer. I no longer produce any Test naturally, so now it's HRT between cycles forever. If you move immediately into a cut your are gonna loose a fair bit of your gains. Give your body at least 2 months to adjust to the new mass you just built. 200 mg / wk of Test should be fine during this period but watch your strength levels anyway. My personal experience is to run Test higher than Tren - I've done it both ways. Test high works better for me. I think the Mast is optional. I've never run it recreationally.
HE,S not even completed his first ever test cycle yet.
Why dont we open up a special tren section just for you..... we shouldnt even be discussing tren at this stage with beginners.
Whether you are going to cruise or not, thats too many new compounds to throw into a 2nd cycle. General rule of thumb is 1 new compound at a time, this way if new sides show up you have a better idea of what is causing it.
Well if you cruise, you really never PCT. It is a lifetime decision. If you cruise/bridge to another cycle, you'll more than likely be cruising/TRT for the rest of your life. At your age, bouncing back couod be very difficult.
If you PCT after this extended cycle, your going to be in a world of hurt.
This is from my phone and too difficult to address all your questions, at the moment.
