Motivation for starting back again
ad
It's been forever and probably a little over that since I last used gear. Thinking of getting back into the game but been needing motivation and getting into relearning everything I knew. Would be nice to speak to experienced folks who have the patience. Cheers!

Hahah
Motivation should come easy if you are truly looking to get back into lifting. Most of us know the work involved with bodybuilding and the set backs that we have to overcome. (Xifbbpro) just your name alone sounds like motivation to me. As far as relearning do we ever really forget the struggles? I do not think so. Man get your head back in the game and take it one day at a time. A year down the road your going to look back and see just what you have been missing. I sincerely hope you make a comeback. Let us know your progress.
Thanks for those words bro. Any recs on the diet side. I know there is loads on here but perhaps a bit more focused search
RustyhookerYou claim ifbb pro. But dont know diet? Baconnator, cheese with large coke
You a source now?
Mastinos55or tren and cheeseburgers all day ;-)
RustyhookerBreakfast of champs! Lol!
Mastinos55exactly hahaha :-)
Hahaha it's a work in progress bro
Watch old videos or even complete DVDs on Youtube.
My favorites are Ronnie's - The Unbelievable and Jay's - One Step Closer
Had a guy tell one time , if you not sure then get dressed , go to the gym, take some pre-workout. Then make the decision as to weather or not to stay. I have found that the best way to decide for me
Great strategy. I think my main take has been the energy levels while there. Need to boost that energy
I've learned to feed my energy. When I get my diet right I'm ready to go. When I have an extra cheat meal I feel gross and want to hide in bed.
Makes sense. The diet remains the hardest part as every body type is different and reacts different
AnonThat's not a bad idea. If I'm having an off day I'll do my pre workout routine, bagel/creatine/citrulline then after an hour I guilt myself into it because I just smashed a bagel covered in honey..and I can't just let that sit..lol
Word
Its either you want it or you dont. Aint no pussyfooting around and going through the motions wasting your time. Motivation? Do you want it? GO GET IT!
Go for 30 min then just keep increasing training, diet, etc.... Start back slow. Half of the battle is going even if you don’t feel like it. It’s will power just as it is with diet. Ask yourself do you wanna look good this summer or a fucking stupid ass dad bod when you take your shirt off.
Love you fucker. No homo of course
Love you too buddy! No homo
My best workouts are the days I am not feeling the gym. Once I’m there, my attitude changes and I have to redeem myself for thinking about missing a day.
I get those sometimes too.
Awesome! Agreed
bro your post was very Vague. Are you currently working out? Are you on a good diet? And when and what did you take in the past?
I agree with these guys when they said start naturally and get your diet in order. It sounds like you have some experience...
Mastinos55you should consider train naturally first get you diet on point allthough mike o tren ;-) o hearn i mean of course says it all the time he s so right don t be motivated be pashioned motivation comes and goes but the love for this sport should be always on top and beware of
every rep
every set
takes you a bit closer to your goals do this for a few months
and then look for cycles roids ped s etc. after you did research of course because these got no magic
good luck
Why do you think I'm coming back. And I never left the gym completely
Mastinos55Thinking of getting back into the game but been needing motivation and getting into relearning everything I knew.
thats why if not iam sorry never mind
AnonMotivation is something you have to be able to create for yourself. You cant rely on others for motivation, some will let you down, some will tear you down. Drink a cup of coffee, turn the music to 11, watch motivational videos on YouTube, slap your own face, do what you gotta do to get motivated!
Listen to Rustyhooker. Research brother. This place is loaded with knowledge posted by very experienced folks. Spend time reading posts in the forums. There are experienced folks with patience around here who will speak to you, and it greatly helps them and you both communicate if you have first done some research.
X ifbbpro?
I know some guys use joke names but if you come to a BB site with a handle like that I hope you can back it up. Many guys on here killin themselves to try to get there. Just my 2 cents.
I very much respect the sport bro. Thanks for the motivation ;)
ok but clearly youre not a x pro of anything
Clearly
Molinin302This forum has an area, EBC to challenge yourself. It's pretty awesome as you're at the end of the day, challenging yourself. Great SRCs, great advice, and an opportunity to show off your gains! Best wishes man!
Well this was a nice statement but you didn't state any stats or goals, but I hope you succeed.
AnonSoooo...no pro card?
You're only 34, how long ago is "forever"?
You got some previous cycles you care to share for some frame of reference?
Only haha.... So like 6 years ago. Was running test mostly with dbol for Mass then used tren mast and prop to cut. Nothing too crazy. Pretty noob tbh
RustyhookerYou need to research bro. Not trust just 1 person online.
Bacconnator with cheese?
Hahaha for sure bro that's why I joined
RustyhookerResearch first. Then come bavk with questions. Groups...first cycles explained. Noones gonna hold hands. This stuff you gotta know first hand
Agree and appreciate it very much bro
Mastinos55hate him or love him thats Rusty Badass hooker but true words fella!
