lower back

ad

Hey I was wondering if any has or had any lower back problems while they are on their cycle? The reason i ask is i have been doing juice on and off for the past 8 years recently i have noticed in my last three cycles & approx three a four weeks into it i get lower back pain that spreads down the back of my right leg. it has always gone away a couple weeks after my cycle is over. any help would be great thanks

X2 on what Nitti said. If the pain is radiating down you leg then your sciatic nerve is being aggitated. See a doctor to verify if its a bulging or herniated disc. If it is just adjust your training. Definitely will need more solid core work. As for me I have a discthat will bulge. I can deadlift heavy ans squat heavy but not in the same program. You will just have to find what works for you. If the doctor mentions cortisone shots stay away from them. They cause disc deterioration.

X2 on the taurine. It's a life saver for back pumps

sorry about posting here im new to posting on boards. my cycle was 600 of T400 a week and 40-50mg of dbol a day for 5 weeks the T400 a ran about 4 months about to end in in the next two weeks.I was hoping is was not my sciatic nerve. but its just really nuts only starts hurting if i stand for a long period of time. i just find it crazy that it only hurts while im cycling. Thank you very much

I would strongly suggest seeing a doc and getting an x-ray /mri to rule out bulging disc. Good luck man. I hope it goes away. It's definitely strange that it only happens during cycles

Probably should have been under General talk. But what are you using in your cycle? Some people complain of back pumps with certain compounds. What you're describing is a condition that every grown man will experience at some point in his life, Sciatica. The discs and possible muscle is pressing down on your sciatic nerve which is the main nerve feeding your legs. TYhe pain radiates down your ass and legs (usually one or the other but raraely both with slipped discs). I have 2 herneated discs in my low back (L5 & S1). They are pushing on the nerve. It could very well be swelled muscle tissue pushing against it. 9x out of 10 it's a disc. If it were just back pain i wouldn't say sciatica but since u say theres pain radiating down the leg, that's your culprit. Keep the core strong and stretch a lot. Motrin is an anti-inflammatory which helps
