+ 3 Keeping a cycle journal

ad

I use a calendar. I write in the boxes what I take and the amount. I also keep notes on how the different compounds effect me. Gains/sides, effect of adding/dropping particular compounds, mental state, energy levels, and anything that is noteworthy. When I look back through this calendar, I get a shitlod of information on how my body works with different compounds. I believe that this information will be of great value to me as I plan future cycles and also will help me to become more knowledgable about the different things I put in my body and how they act and how I react to them. I don't think going off memory is a good idea.

I think this is a good message for guys new to aas and peptides. Keep a journal, calendar, or log of your cycles. Make notes of anything you think is of any importance. Learn how things effect you personally and don't go off broscience. Build your own base of knowledge based on your experiences. Goes without saying to do your research first, though. But, having a record of how things went down will benefit you greatly. I'm still learning but this is one hing I will make sure I do with each future cycle. I will be more prepared next time and armed with knowledge. Good luck everyone. Keep kicking ass.

I keep a journal. For the last 3 years
Everyday i keep track off. CALORIES,CARBS,PROTEIN,SODIUM.
I write everything i eat. I have learned so much about how my body reacts. Its cheap and easy and i believe this journal could be a life changer

I still keep a cycle log. I couldn't manage anything without it. I've been taking AAS for so many years now that I don't write in as much detail compound experiences - that is unless something is wrong - and the longer u use - something will go wrong at sometime. I'll give u a point for common sense. Good advice.
