Just got shoulder replacement Need Help
Hello guys,
First off thanks to all who read this. I recently got a shoulder replacement and am just now cleared to get back in the gym. I am 26 and from the time I was a kid till 21 I was extremely athletic and pretty ripped. I was around 160-170 pounds then injured my shoulder and after that found it harder and harder to work out. I run everyday and want to get back in the gym but cant seem to get that rush I used to get and basically cant get any gains. I weigh about 190 right now on a 5'11'' frame. ideally I want to be 210 solid but cut. Any advice on suppliments or anything that will help would be very appreciated. I know I probably shouldn't run gear this soon back to the gym but at this point i'm desperate to get my shoulder strength up. I struggle with 135 15 times. Please don't make fun and discourage me lol

Do you guys recommend any pre or post workout. I'm not going to lie I've never been too into weight lifting. But have always been into sports and I'm starting to realize that the older you get the harder sports get without proper weight and cardio training. What should my routine be? I already have huge legs, and Ideally I want to cut my abs, puff up my chest and define my tri and bicepts. Thank you for all of your feedback it helps hearing all of this positive criticism
Whatever you do, don't take AAS, especially since you sound intent on increasing strength. It will mask the pain, you'll feel stronger than what you really are and end up right back where you were. Injured. Just do light to moderate weight, focusing on intensity, and EAT BIG. Give that shoulder more than ample time to heal. If you are able to workout with weight, then you can grow. I used to know an old guy with over a 50" chest, and he never benched over 135#. Set after set after set after set with 135. But he was huge and not on any drugs. You just have to learn to focus on the muscle that you are trying to work,
I honestly don't even know what AAS is.. Complete newbie here
Anabilic/Androgenic Steroids. If you're not really into weightlifting then that's another good reason to steer clear of them.
I have had 4 shoulder surgeries myself, and understand the emotional and physical toll injuries can take on you.
Bro, you really need to give yourself a break and be willing to work your way back up slowly. If you get impatient and try to gain everything back quickly, you run the risk of injuring yourself again. Give your new shoulder, your tendons, and your body time to recover. Right now, it is important that you make gains organically. Unfortunately there is no supplement in the world that can do this for you.
You're 26 years old, and have your whole life ahead of you. Please don't compromise your health. Hang in there, work hard, and be patient, and you will be where you want to be before you know it.
Good luck bro.
Thanks alot man. How long did it take for you to get full range of motion?
bigmurphI ruptured my bicep its taken 6 months for me to start lifting at 75%. Get ready if you really want it there is a long road to walk down. But muscle memory is true once I started lifting I could see my cuts coming back quickly so that helped me out. Just stick with it like anything else and you will get back to were you were. Most importantly dont injur yourself again thats a big step in the wrong direction that can really happen.
Good luck and good gains brother
When did you have your shoulder replacement?

First of all edit your faces out of the profil pic or delete it
