Injury, cycle or not?
Okay, I have a partial tear in my tendon on my left tricep. This is not super serious but the doctor said if I put to much stress on it, it could become a complete tear (I got this news 2 months ago). I stopped lifting heavy and stopped training arms completely for awhile (Except for during my PT) and it felt better so I eased back into normal training. Recently I started going heavy again with skull crushes, dips, close grip bench, etc. and the pain has started back up. I know I have decent form so its not just I'm lifting too much I can't handle, I can handle the weight, but post training its super sore, and sometimes it gets to painful during training to finish the workout. I want to get better but I don't know how much it will "heal on its own" if you know what I mean? Any stories from your experiences that could help? Also I have gone back to training light again and its not as sore but I feel something is not right, I am close to starting a cycle, but am wondering if It would be "optimal" to do so while I am injured? Should I wait until my injury is better? advice please.

Rest bro. You'll make a small tear a full tear. I don't believe aas is your answer on this reason;
Taking aas increases your protein synthesis by about 50% depending on drug, compound etc but the bad thing is your body as a result reduces collagen synthesis by 50-80% which in return leaves you muscular mass with weak tendons. Yes some people say eq and deca help with the growth, I wouldn't know bbecause I haven't tried it or researched it. Winstrol will increase collagen synthesis by a little which will enlarge your tendons but your body will compensate and in return you'll have bigger tendons but they will be brittle and weaker. If you do sprints or high explosive power lifts, DO NOT TAKE WINSTROL. Hgh is the only thing that will help repair ligaments and tendons but please do not take this as me telling you to go take anything. You need to see a doctor and get a professional opion and do alot more research. My opinion is rest it up and eat lots of protein and if you do that it will heal. Light weight and high reps or tut if you must. Why waste aas when You won't be able to train prproperly.
Cjs_gymlifeThanks bro, makes a lot of sense and I'm gonna do just that!
No problem brother. Good luck and all the best.
No Pain, No Gain! But really, your body has a way of telling you to back down though.
Have you had an MRI? Without that information docs are just guessing as to the extent of the tear.
Meanwhile you'll have to Focus on what you can train - legs. May be ok doing back work too????
Cjs_gymlifeI have got a MRI but he just said it was a partial tear... not the extent, he suggested a "rejuvenation" shot of some sort, its not a cortisone shot, some other kind but its like 500$ and insurance won't cover so I decided against it.
AnonRejuvenation shot? Found it!!!

But seriously bro you need to rest and let that shit heal completely.
Cjs_gymlifeIm not a girl, thats for the vagina!
AnonLmao just a little humor sir
Cjs_gymlifeOhhhh haha sorry man I thought you were fr lol
I would find out what it is and get it myself off the web.
I'm assuming doc is not recommending surgical repair. I would add some pharma GH and keep your reps higher in your cycle. Heal it right up.
