First cycle?

ad

I am about to run a basic first cycle of Test E at 500mg a week with no other compounds included. I am going to be using Clomid as my PCT. Although I am wondering what "percentage" or amount of gains i can expect to keep or lose when I go off the gear? I know being a single compound I won't make huge changes but since it's my first cycle I believe I can make significant changes/progress.

Your test levels are at the all time high at 22y... It would be stupid not to take advantage of this and achieve your natural max before you start using...

X2 right here. I wish I knew what I know now about dieting when I was younger.

I was about your age my first cycle. Not going to try to talk you out of it because well.. I did anyways, and you're going to do what you're going to do regardless. So a couple pointers I can give you are:

Eat like a horse on cycle. Eat eat eat.. The best thing you can do for gains.

Include aromasin through your cycle and pct. only type l inhibitors for pct.

If funds permit use proviron for the later end of your cycle. It frees up bound test and will help you reap the most out of the cycle.

And perhaps the mod important: get bloods done!!!!!

These are just a few things that I, personally, would want to know before I ran my first cycle.

Because the way I look at it, everyone is going to make their own decision. He's an adult, obviously teenagers is out of th equation. But he's 22 and going to make the executive decision for himself regardless of what everyone here says. And I rather educate and help a younger guy out then dismissing him completely and the him wind up running something incorrectly and then further hurting himself just because he reached out for help but was dismissed because of someone else's view. Just my opinion. Young guys who want to run gear will run gear. That's the truth, better educate than flame IMO.

To te OP, think about this extensively bro, before I started I went to my physician and told him what I planned on doing and got his advice, pre-bloods done, ect.

I think you need to really think about what Makwa said about being natural. First off your only 22 years old, and have given us a very incomplete cycle, that needs a lot more attention to it, which shows me you haven't really looked into the whole world of steroids.

I think you should wait about 3 years before you start any kind of steroid use.

Hope this helped!

Depends how dedicated to diet and training that you are. I think alot of it also has to do with how close to your natural potential you are. The closer you are the better. Your body is just that much more accustomed to carrying more mass. This is a lifestyle to me so I just focus on lean gains and my diet and training never stray so I can keep a majority of my gains. If I just ran a cycle to blow up for 12 weeks and then partied and half assed it the rest of the year all gains would be lost and I would be worse off than when I started.

I waited until my early forties before I started cycling, so the longer you wait and build up to your natural potential the better off you will be. It is pretty easy for me to maintain gains now. I am not talking 15 lbs/cycle but at this stage of the game if I can put on and maintain 5lbs of lean mass a cycle that is a win for me. I believe that cycling to early will short circuit your natural testosterone production and hamper your long term gains, making it more difficult to gain and maintain in the future.
