I need some help with a cut cycle
ad
Guys/Gals I need some advice on a cycle to lean out a bit. From my research and some feedback from vets on this site I understand its mostly diet that will help me get leaned out. However, I do know that AAS can help me keep the size I did put on through my current cycle while assisting me lean out. I've only done two previous cycles. My first cycle was 10 weeks of Sustanon at 300mg a week, and I'm currently in week 8 of Test E at 500mg per week. I have 4 weeks left then PCT. I'm 27 yrs old and I'm coming in right at 250. This is a complete guess, but I'm probably 20-25% BF. Ideally, I would like to be a lean hard 215-225 lbs.I'm open to new compounds and stacks. Thank you for any advice and guidance you can provide!

AnonI'm going to go ahead and stick with the vets and back their advice. Diet! Diet! Diet. Plus your cardio. There is no magic oil that is going to burn the fat off of you. Especially if you're already at 20-25%bf. Just stick to eating lean and your cardio game in check.
Thanks bud. I know that it's going to take hard work, and there is not magic pill or potion. I was just hoping that there was something that you guys would recommend that I could help maintain the muscle tissue that I've built when I amp up the cardio. Is there any certain eating plan or method you've had success with. I've been reading about the Paleo diet and it seems pretty cool, but restrictive (no grains, lentils, or dairy).
AnonI think the beast thing you can do is go to the diet forum and ask around to those guys. As far as keeping your gains, that's going to be determined by how well you ate. Another little piece of advice. Fuck the numbers. Forget weight. Your pants, your shirts, the mirror is what you should gauge yourself by. That's what I do. You might get to a point where you couldn't be happier with yourself and then you step on the scale and that your 235 and happy. But just stick with it. Keep eating good. Up your cardio game and just be happy with you, Bro. Let us know how things are going and the progress you make and that will be determined by how bad you want it. Good luck, Homie.:-)
