How soon till I should be seeing results
ad
Started test 400 2 1/2 weeks ago and switched yesterday to test E 250.. 500mgs per week and deca 200.. 400mgs per week. I have not really gained anything from the Test 400 but it's only been 2 1/2 weeks. How soon till I should see gains? What should I expect? Should I be getting more than 3000 calories a day? Been getting a lil different different advice from people. Want to bulk up 15-20lbs.

AnonIf you're eating 3000 cals a day you should see decent gains.... never
My height/weight is similar to yours, and I cram 5000 CLEAN calories down my throat when I bulk and maintenance around 3600-3800 - off cycle for both values. It's not easy to eat that much, but I spread it out to 7-8 meals a day personally.... eventually your body craves eating that often, but you have to "train" it to do so. If you're eating less than 6 meals a day you aren't eating enough.
Last cycle (also my first cycle) I kept cals @ 5000 ( +/- 5% ) and still dropped about 2% body fat. I'm 5'11, weight was fluctuating between 192-196 before I got injured.
Basically, it doesn't matter that your appetite "isn't there", if you have to shove that shit down your throat then do it!! You should be eating once every 3 hours MINIMUM, never wait longer I don't care if you're hungry or not.... personally I can't stand to go longer than 2 + 1/2 hours without a meal because that's what my body has become accustomed to.
I don't mean to be an ass but you shouldn't be on AAS, diet is 90% of the game and you obviously don't know much about it bro
Put away the AAS and start PCT early ( please tell me you know what PCT is... ), give yourself adequate off time RESEARCH THE FUCK OUT DIET/TRAINING/AAS then come back to the gear.
500mg/week of TestE
400mg/week of Deca
Deca Dick anyone??
You will not gain anything.
You're on a maintenance diet.
In fact, with the gear you might actually lose weight.
Stop your cycle and do some research first... Do you even have PCT?
Weight: 185 lbs x 11 = 2035 calories burned setting on your ass.
2035 cal's x 45% (hopeing you're a 31 year old dedicated exerciser)
Total = 2950 calories that are required to MAINTAIN your weight.
(hopeing you're a 31 year old dedicated exerciser)YES I AM.
Also, I have been trying to eat 4-6000 calories a day but i've had to add some mass shakes because my appetite is not there to eat that much (healthy)food. I'm not going to stop the cycle just want some input on what might help add weight, And yes I have pct. Just havin trouble adding the pounds
Hey thanks for the advice... But non of you answered a single question. I'm pretty sure I know the answer to each question but I thought I'd throw it out there and get some feedback.
Stop your cycle asap and do some research. You should honestly know the answers to your own questions before you inject something into your body!
ya bro you are running gear and you have no idea what you are doing, you are not ready
sgtstedankoWhat! Sigh... Wtf, are you doing? What is your plan? Previous cycles, age, etc, etc, etc?
