How much time off should I take?

ad

What's up guys! I ran three cycles in the past. The first one I did I didn't do my research and I didn't do a proper recovery. But I did take a couple months off. Then I did my research and ran a beginners cycle for 10 weeks. Real mild, and was happy with the results. I did my proper recovery, as far as PCT. But only took about 3 months off. I then ran a cycle with test cyp and Equipoise. I think I ran these cycles too close together because I started to get side effects and it killed my libido. I freaked out at 12 weeks in and this happened, and I tapered off the cycle correctly and did a proper PCT. The first couple of months I was scared my libido would never return to what it was. I had a blood test 8-10 weeks in and found my test levels were a little low, but my body was using the testosterone so it was not an issue. Since then my libido has increased to feel a lot higher than what it was when I took the test. Its all back to normal and it has been a good 5 months I have been off. I just want to see what your opinions are on how long I should wait to begin another cycle. Im thinking of just doing another test only cycle. I would like to use the Equipoise I still have but Im afraid the same thing will happen? Any thoughts? Thanks guys!

time on plus time off- so if your cycle was 10 weeks and your pct is 4 weeks, you can start again in 14 weeks!! but that's only a guide, you must get blood work done to make sure you have sufficiently recovred!!!!

I will check that out. I'm at the point now that time off = time on + pct. Ill wait an extra month though just for good measure. Lol.

Use the reply button to err...reply. Makes the thread a little easier to follow. Bad enough you have to read them backwards.

You may want to research and look into proviron. (Sp) That can help out a lot with your libido.

Yes, I was taking Aromasin. 12.5 EOD. I didn't have any signs of gyno at all like sore nips or bloating. I think I might have had low estrogen. Would that effect my libido the same way?

Yes it could. You would probably have achy joints also with low estrogen.

Time on + pct=time off. Were you taking anything to control estrogen?High estrogen could kill your libido.
