How long you need to start your next cycle ?
Need stats. When u started/ ended your last cycle. What you did/ doing currently for pct. Have you done blood work?
castroajHaven`t started cycle yet, and this going to be my second cycle most probably test e+ Dbol and AI and PCT clomid and nan , i want to normally how long i should wait for going for my 3d cycle ..?
Like nerd muscles said normally time on + pct equals time before you start your next cycle. So for example if u ran test e for 12 weeks with 2 weeks break before pct and pct was 4 week Ur time off in tween cycles would be 18 weeks. I would recommend getting your blood levels tested before you start a cycle to know your base level then during and a few weeks after pct. that way you know if your really ready to start a new cycle.
Time on + PCT = Time Off

castroajso at this condition u cant run more than 2 cycles in a year ! this is so dissapointing because i only have one year in USA and after that i ll leave usa to Europe and in Europe is not easy to do bodybuilding like how its in USA :(
