How long should I wait till next cycle?
ad
I recently ran a 16 week Sustanon 250 @ 500mg a week cycle. I started my PCT November 18th and I currently am in my 3rd week of PCT. I wanted to start my next cycle the beginning of January which would give me a month and a half of PCT. Do you think this is to short of a break or could I jump into my next cycle? I know some of you blast and cruise so I wanted to get your take on this.

As posted below time on = time off plus pct. But we are all different as also mentioned so def get bloods.
After u have done a few cycles you just know when you're back, at least for me I now know when I'm good to go. You have to be in tune with your body and listen to it. Thank God I bounce back fast. Even after a 16 week cycle everything is back to normal in less than 3 months (including 1 month of pct).
Most important is your pct. The faster u can get everything going again, the faster the recovery will be.
I will be done with pct in a week and will be getting bloods done.. Like you said to feel your body. I felt like ass the first 2 weeks of pct and now I feel good. I got acne bad during cycle and now it is almost gone, My boys are pretty much back to where they should be. (Size wise) Ha.
I feel good and back to how I felt before cycle. The only issue is my lack of drive to work out. The gym was the only thing on my mind during the day. Now I am dragging myself to the gym with no motivation and energy.
Bloods need to be run, you are not recovered yet because you "feel fine." I feel fine when my e2 is at 120. Your lack of drive shows you have not completely recovered. BLOOD WORK.
16 week cycle; blood work would benefit you quite a bit. Everyone is different in terms of bouncing back so in my opinion 1 month after PCT get a blood done and see where you stand. month and a half off is not enough time to jump start your boys; gonna take a little bit longer. This is not a race it's a marathon.
Sounds good. Appreciate the advice bro.
let me give u free advice bro i am sure u dont wanna hear it
but dont ever do a cycle again.
Great Advice!! I guess I will dump my 20+ vials down the drain. Right!!
u think i said that as a joke? well so be it.I would love to talk about how it ruined my life if u are interested.
eryximachusI would like to hear. I've had my doubts at times. Friend request sent.
Lets talk then. I dont think its a joke! I do think your reply was a joke. It got 3 thumbs down so I guess others agree with me. This is why I posted this instead of just doing it Because this is serious.
The GENERAL rule of thumb is
Time on + time off = time off
So 16 wk plus pct(standard 4 week?) is 20 weeks so that's another 5 months after the 4th week of your pct is up
That being said blood work is the only FOR SURE Anwser to your question, after 5 months your levels might not be back to normal, shit they could bounce back in 3 months but only bloods will tell
Do you have pre cycle, intra, or post cycle bloods?
What's your stats? Cycle history? Best way to get anwsers
No bloods done. I know I should have though. If I get blood done what should I look for? Test, estro, and lipids?

is a good start but with out a basline it will be hard to judge recovery of hpta
this test does not have free testosterone and igf 1, the test that have those are more expensive and they are deff good to know at some point
Thanks bro. I will be getting these done in January. If after the bloodwork comes back and everything looks normal should I still wait 5 months?
