How long for test E to kick in?

I am currently taking 600mg test e, split in to 2 doses over the week, 300mg each dose.
I am 17 days in so just over 2 weeks and so far have;
No water retention
a couple of spots appearing in t zone on face and on back
slightly less patience with people
no weight increase
So questions;
When will the test e start to kick in? I have read anywhere from 3 weeks to 8 weeks! one of the things I have not read is what this feels like or if it is a gradual thing?
Will it just gradually increase from week 3? will I suddenly retain lots of water?
Diet and exercise is bang on point, body fat is around 8% to start with also based on the reviews I am 99% sure my gear is legit.
Any thoughts appreciated

generally 4-5 wks in... and i agree with 'vette a test p kickstart will make u a happy boy! : ) 75-100 eod (hit it ed and the dog, cat or goldfish won't be safe!)
thanks for the replies! Correct it is my first cycle, eating an amazing amount of food to pack on some muscle. Will be a bit more patient then, if nothing happens by week 5 I might worry, but from the sounds of things the weeks ahead are something to look forward to!
Takes me around 5 to start really noticing it mate. But then again people react differently. Easiest way to tell is when yoursex drive skyrockets. That usually happens to me around week 3. Its why many users of aas kick start their cycle with an oral like dbol or oxys. Be patient mate when it happens you will love the feeling.

Everybody reacts differently, if your worried about the water retention just get some arimidex. But anyway it will gradually increase sex drive, your skin will become oily, and will start to gain weight(only if you eat enough).
I'm guessing it is your first time cycling, although its a gradual increase it will be very noticeable when it is in full effect.
When it kicks in you will know. It just happens out of nowear. Everyone is diffrent for me around the second week i feel my sex drive go way up. Anywere between weeks 3-5 it hits me all of a sudden.
