Taking Steroids on Holiday

Going on holiday soon and will be in the middle of cycle, in the UK it is not against the law to use steroids for personal use, I will be going tenerife for 1 week from the uk
I plan to simply put 1 vial in my shaving bag in my suitcase with a dozen or so syringes and checkin. Coming home it will be used up so no problem there, but going out, do you think it will be ok? anyone had experience with this?

There's a fair bit online re the UK authorities (Police and CPS) taking a much tougher line re this 'personal use' business. Do a google and you should find a thread (another forum) outlining where a few guys have been prosecuted for relatively minor 'possession'.
It is not an offence to possess anabolic steroids for personal use as long as they are in a medicinal form and are not counterfeit. It is an offence to supply them. Therefore police tend to arrest for steroid possession only if they can prove the drugs are counterfeit or not in a medicinal form.
1 vial can not be considered as dealing or suppling so my logic says I should be ok to take it?
Please yourself, but I'd look for that thread. You'll see a different attitude actually 'out there' being taken to what you think.
There would be other circumstances around any prosecution that perhaps the person convicted failed to mention on their thread, the law is set in stone, if it's not illegal to posses in the uk the you can't be prosecuted unless you have either a large amount that could be deemed as supplying or if it is counterfeit.
Would appreciate advise from others that can advise on this topic please instead of hearsay, thank you for your input though
