Honest opinions first time cycle question!!
whats up all. Alright so I want honest answers into if this is worth it health wise vs gains. First time and very needle shy.
Stats: lifting for 8 years
21 years old
5'7 at 187ibs, 14% bf
Alright now that all that is out of the way. The cycle I wanted to run was oral Dbol 40mg-30mg per day with proviron 50mg per day and clomid with nolvadex for pct still researching those numbers to use.
my question is will an oral steroid effect natural homrone levels, general health, set me up for problems later on in future, etc. as bad as injectables such as test E or some other? I have not spent a dime on anything yet because I am really wanting to know if its even going to be worth it vs the health risks involved. Main reason why im considering this cycle is I cant seem to hit 200 pounds. Any advice would be appreciated cheers.

You are getting solid advice from the more experienced. Heres another way of looking at it... You ask if orals will affect you? Lets ask this...will ANY aas at your age affect your health? Short answer: in the long term yes it will. It affects your hormonal balance and possible liver damage, etc.
Since you are trying to find out the health issues, do the research to verify whats being advised here.
Also that cycle you put together is gna kill your natural test for ever. Say good bye to mr erection.
Orals are far more damaging than injectables like test E.
But you shouldn't be worrying about AAS anyway, you seem a normal healthy 21yo with plenty of natural test to play with.
dude_666thanks for the heads up all. I'm definitely going to wait gives me more time to study anabolics more anyway. For a long time I was rocking a 180/300/90 macro look after I hit about 185 I bumped the carbs up to 400 this made me extremely bloated and feeling like shit. I have recently discovered Paleo.
lifts are squat 415, bench 315 Dead lift 495
That Dbol will bloat you !!

I loved this post
As Nitti said, shake it up. Try doubling your weight in grams of protein... 187 = 374 grams of protein. Up complex carbs, eat more bagels, whole wheat pastas, healthy fats... maybe 5-10 Tbsp of olive oil per day. Switch the routine, for example if doing chest/tris, run it in reverse order, do triceps first, or do flys and peck deck first... pre exhaust the big muscle groups... Go kill it And don't neglect squats and deadlifts
Wardi77I agree with what Nitti and nlzyn said. I was also very eager to jump on AAS when I was 21, but after talking to a few bodybuilders and 2 are now IFBB pros, they told me to wait a few more years due to the fact that I did not need it at the time because my body was producing more than enough Test and GH on its own. They advised me to keep lifting hard, and build a solid foundation. I am glad I listened. I did my first cycle last year at age 26 and made great, maintainable gains. Listen to the elders bro. Experience is the best teacher.
Dont do it, bro your natty test levels are so high right now.
nlzynyou are too young. i only say this because you are still producing mad ass amounts of testosterone naturally, you just need to eat better, train harder and smarter and sleep more. i would only recommend you using at this age if you were competing for years already and ready to make the next step which you are not so dont do it. just my opinion but im looking out for your best interest. stay natural and train hard and smart, get lots of quality sleep and eat good food. then you can do a great first test only cycle once you are naturally 220 lean pounds and you will explode and you will love it. this is the smartest thing for you to do here. and yes all oral cycle is a bad idea anytime. man up.
You shouldn't run a cycle. That's just my opinion but you're too young. Put a sick cycle together in the kitchen. Stick with it and stay dedicated. If u can't hit the 200lb mark, do things differently. Change up the training along with the diet. Shake things up a bit. Either way, no juice now. Give it time. You haven't reached your natty potential.
