Help with first lab results
Newbie here...Been battling Chronic Fatigue Syndrome for the past decade. Finally started seeing some improvements in my immune system after seeing a specialist and getting on some experimental meds. However, was still feeling fatigued, brain fog, and any attempts at working out resulted in days of bed ridden recovery. So I went to one of those anti aging clinics, got labs, diagnosed with Low T(was in the 300's) and was put on Test Cyp, HCG and Anastrazole. After overpaying them for 6 months, I found this forum and eventually went off on my own. So a heart felt thank you for everyone that makes this place such a great resource.
Now that I am flying solo and off doctor's guidance, I went ahead and got some lab work to see where I am at.
Results came back today:
Testosterone,Serum=1086 (range 348 - 1197)
Estradiol = 35.7 (range 7.6 - 42.6)
LH = .1 LOW (range 1.7 - 8.6)
FSH = .4 LOW (range 1.5 - 12.4)
My weekly cycle is this:
150mg Test Cyp once per week
500iu HCG once per week (sometimes twice if I remember)
50mcg once per week (to be honest, I forget to take this sometimes.
Also taking peptides:
100mcg Ipamorelin before bed
100mcg MOD GRF 1-29 w/o Dac before bed.
So basically...I am reaching out for advice. Should I be worried about Estradiol, LH and FSH? If so, are my levels off because I am not consistently taking HCG, Anastrazole or both? And what do I do to get back in range?
Thanks in advance for any help and guidance!

Your estradiol is normal. LH and fsh are going to be low because you are taking an exogenous testosterone! That's normal
Yeah, that's what I figured. I guess the concern was am I ok keeping it at these levels long term? I am on TRT to feel better, more alert, etc...not for gains. So do I need to take breaks and do PCT or can I stay with this regimen for the long haul?
Oh I'm no doctor I was just saying your blood test results look exactly as expected. You are taking exogenous testosterone which is suppressing your natural test production, that's why the FSH (follicle statin hormone) and LH (luteinizing hormone) are low. These hormones are responsible for increasing natural testosterone.
Keeping estrogen in range is important but you seem to be doing fine.
I would recommend (if u have insurance) seeing an endocrinologist because they specialize specifically in the endocrine system dealing with hormones and would be able to help you maximize your HRT.
yea well if ur on trt this is something that comes with it. all u can do is enjoy the ride... now u literately can run any thing u want at any time... the lh and the fsh will be low as long as ur still take exo test.. now the with the estrogen, u can take adex @ .25 eod and im sure u ll be find. the hcg also converts into estro, so u might want to read up on that. and keep letro on hand just incase
