Help on Creating a Cycle

ad

Hey guys,

I am a 20 year old who has been lifting and working out for about 5 years now. I have always been a very big and buff guy, just never cut. I have done numerous diets but cannot seem to cut down and get really toned.

I have been looking into taking Anavar, and was wondering how you guys think I should cycle it? I know I am young, but I am pretty set on taking Anavar or maybe another steroid? I have been pretty locked on Anavar due to its minimal side effects and my age, and am willing to hear other suggestions.

I am new to the forums, so would love help with this.

Age: 20
Height- 6'0
Weight- 206
bf%-16

The side effects from Anavar are not minimal. It will shut your HPTA down and using it at your age you could screw up your endocrine system for life. Also anavar will not get you toned. That is your diet. Anavar will only enhance an ALREADY toned physique for someone who has learned to diet properly. It is not a magical fat burner.

Hey, Homie. At your age gear is not the best idea. Wait till your 25. I know that's a pain in the ass to wait but trust us it will be well worth it. There's a lot to educate yourself on before taking that road. All gear is, is just a tool. In no way is it a miracle drug. It still takes a proper diet and routine to hit your goal. Now on this site there is plenty of info to help obtain those goals without AAS. Here is an example of what you would do if you were going for mass. Well this goes for cutting as well. Learning your body and dialing your diet in needs to be the first priority.

Week 1 BMR (2500 cal)
Week 2 2500 + 250 = 2750 cal/day
Week 3 2500 + 500 = 3000 cal/day
Week 4 2500 + 750 = 3250 cal/day
Week 5 recalculate BMR
week 6 New BMR + 250 cal/day
Week 7 New BMR + 500/day
etc.......

Now to cut do the same process but in reverse. Pay attention to where your cutting your calories out at.

Here we go again ....

Hey bro, I like you because you have a great user name. So you've training for 5 years and your already at the ripe age of twenty! Sounds like a great time to introduce exogenous hormones into your body so that you can shut down your HPTA and throw off your endocrine system. Sadly, you have no idea what I'm talking about.

You're a big guy right? If that's the case then you are either doing something right or your predisposed to being larger and more muscular than average. Either way you don't need anavar or any others steroids. They are such a small piece of the puzzle and with the natural T your probably cranking out right now, you'd be doing yourself a disservice to run ANY kind of steroids. I appreciate the fact that you knew enough to post up your stats but going down this path at your age is a bad idea. Once you start, you won't want to stop and let me tell you - what your balls are producing naturally right now is going to take you further than any gear could in the long run. If you shut yourself down you will be throwing that away. Eat big. Go big. Grow. You don't need AAS right now boss.
