Trust me, im not taking any of this personal. like I said I want as much info and help I can get. with my off season just a few months away I will have all the time in the world to really focus on everything. I will be laid off until next spring come November. I have played sports all my life so when I need to buckle down and focus I can and do. I plan on getting the gear in January or so after ive been back in the gym consistently for a few months. Its not like I have never stepped foot in a gym and now all the sudden I want gear and what not. I am going to do them, that's why im here. to get as much info as I can. Thanks to everyone who has commented on this. I appreciate it a lot
Leave the gear alone............ all you need is food! lots of it and heavy training.
Everything these experienced users have said, don't take personally, take it to heart positively though. They're looking out for you and want only what's best. This is not something you should just half ass, it takes time, dedication, and honestly perseverance. If it's hard for you to shovel 4000 calories a day, workout 1-2hours x 5 days a week, and do it consistently. AAS is not for you my friend. Things are even tougher on a cycle. you put down 5000-7000 calories, workout 2hours, pin a few times a week, feel lethargic and horribly sore (first cycle is rough, really feel the effects) get blood tests, the struggle of eating clean and financial costs. It's tough to balance out when you first start. (There's people here who have done this for 5+ 10+ years and still have days or weeks where they don't want to pin or eat healthy or not lift, but persistence is key and they push through). So really think about it and try what the other guys have said, they don't want you to waste time, waste money, waste results, and most importantly waste your healthy body away.
OK So, first of all. I'm not busting your balls, just want you to do it right,
1- 5'6" 158 lbs--- Your small my friend, you need to get a baseline of muscle down
2- Quote- Just hard to get to the gym when I'm tired after work.
3- Use the eyeglass and research first cycles.
So givin the info I have I would say at this juncture steroids are not for you at this time. You need to lay some weight down, you need to learn how to eat, and you need to be able to make a commitment. It is a lifestyle that requires commitment to your health and well being. At 26 years old you should be able to hit the gym after work and not whine about being to tired. If your too tired to go to the gym, steroids are not for you at this point in your life. Learn how to eat and kill it the gym. shove 4000 calories a day down your throat, and you will grow if you work hard. Later on when you can commit to it, come back and we will help you far exceed your goals. But right now the only cycle advice I have for you is come back when you make the commitment...
I see where your coming from Mcmeanie. I should have put that I do train regularly on the off season. I usually weigh 160-165 when im not working. just hard to get to the gym when im tired after work.
I understand bro..just saying if u want the best out of the gear you want to have your body and diet on point when u begin so everything from that point on is just crazy growth, not growth that u could have gotten naturally.
eat clean and hit the gym hard for the next year until you peak bro..if ur not training hard now what makes u think you will train while on gear? i work 12 hours a day and i still hit the gym 5 days a week,,you have to be dedicated, and you should really get up to atleast 165-170 lbs naturally before u even think about starting a cycle..gear is not magic..you dont take it and POOF your arnold..wait till aspahlt season is over then maybe come back to aas but i truely think you need to wait till u gain some weight and have time to actually dedicate to the sport, if not then u will just be wasting ur time and money.
I agree with robb. Go with a single compound for your first. Sides can differ from person to person and its better to know what you can handle before you start mixing. 400-500mg of test e or cyp should be more than enough for a first timer. I wouldn't recommend prop to start with because injecting ed or eod can be tough to handle if your not used to pinning. Make sure you add PCT at end. Clomid is my choice 50mg per day for 3 weeks does the trick.
Clomid at 50mg a day is not what we preach here at Eroids. Get your shit straight or don't offer advice! clomid 100 100 50 50. Nolva 40 40 20 20! Start PCT after the last ester has left the body!
thats all u run? you should run the proper pct protocol with clomid/nolva. 100/40 two weeks and then 50/20 two weeks...u will keep alot more of your gains and get your levels back to normal alot quicker..
It's pretty simple, one compound per cycle meaning just a test cycle. 500mg test cyp or enanthate per week, split into two shots say like Monday and Thursday, 250mg each of these days. 12 weeks would be an appropriate length to run this.
To combat gyno you need an Ai. This is your estrogen control, I personally use adex at 0.5 every 3rd day when I use it. I usually start with adex 2 weeks in.
You need to research your pct, there's a section in the forums. Plenty of useful information to read.
done a lot of research on gear itself, just don't know what would be best for a first time cycle. I want to stay away from gyno though that's for sure so I just want as much suggestions on this whole thing as I can get.

Add your stats to this post. Have you any research into what would be suitable for a first cycle with pct?
