First time Cycle For Man over 50
ad
I have a friend who wants to do a cycle , he is in his mid-fifties in good shape about 5% or less body fat. He goes to the gym regularly. For a man his age I'm just not sure what a good first time cycle would be...any suggestions? I was thinking Test E only 8-12 weeks?

He has had blood work done recently, no problems everything is normal even his cholesterol... he is in damn good shape for his age almost better than me and I am 32, not really sure why he is so dead set on doing a cycle.
RustyhookerIf his test levels were above 300....then test e at 500/wk for 12 Weeks. Make sure hes got ai and pct in check. Basic first cycle works great!!
If his bound test was high then add provi full, cycle at 25Mg per day
Thanks!!
Yeah that's what worries me about him trying it...I told him at his age it could do more harm than good. He is in excellent shape anyway at his age..didn't really think he needs it but he is bound and determined to try it.
I would agree, but and it's a BIG but, due to his age just this one cycle could mean HRT for the rest of his life, i think you should make him aware of that.
RustyhookerOh jeeze.
At his age he SHOULD be looking at TRT. Get bloods done by doctor first. If he's low then he'll legally get medical grade help first.
So everybody over 45 should be on TRT?
thats only for people with cycle history i would think
