At least you have acknowledged that any first cycle should be test only unlike some of the other crazy first cycles we see. Having said that there is more research needed here bro.

The test e will only be kicking in around week 3 or 4 so 8 weeks isn't standard for a long ester. Your pinning schedule isn't what we would normally go with either. Is this intended to be a trt dose, what are your goals? Your pct isn't right, you should have nolva and clomid together, and for the amount of test in this cycle your clomid dose is way to high.

Do a bit more reading my friend. There is a beginners group with some great writeups from Makwa and Doss so I'd suggest starting there.

Bro, I'm not trying to be difficult, but please use the magnifying glass on top to get some links to first cycle protocol. It's late by me and I just took my sleep meds so I'm too lazy to look them up for you but they are there. I just don't think it's right to ask the community to build a first cycle for you with all the info that is already available on this site on that subject. What you have in your post is not what we normally recommend.

So let me just rewrite that a little neater to clarify

Test Enth @ 250mg/ E5D (which averages out to 350mg/wk

Arimidex EOD @ 0.25 mg

You want to do this for 8 weeks, then after two weeks start a PCT of 200mg of Clomid for 10 days, followed by 100mg of Clomid for another 10 days.

Did I get that all correct?
