First Cycle - Just need a check!

ad

I know these posts run rampant on the forums but I have no where else to ask.

Age 27
Height 5'8"
Weight 165lbs

Test E (1-12) 500mg Per Week
Dbol (1-4) 20mg Each Day
Armidex (5-12) .25mg E3D (Maybe EOD if needed)
- Should I run .25mg each day while on the Dbol?
Nolvadex (15-16) 40mg Each Day (17-18) 20mg Each Day

I've heard from a number of people that I can just run Nolva and skip the Clomid for the PCT, not 100% on that. Also not going to run any HCG during the cycle.

Just wanted to get a triple check on this as once its ordered and in, i'd rather not find out something is wrong!
Cheers guys.

What's the goal here?

At 165lbs, is your diet right? How long have you been training?

My recommendation is to just run testosterone at 500 mg per week. Since testosterone is a foundation for most cycles you need to understand how your body functions and works with it and you will not be able to do that with additional compounds introduced into your cycle.

Get bloodwork done BEFORE you start your cycle to make sure you are healthy enough to do it and also so that you have a reference range for your PCT.

You should incorporate an AI from your first injection. You should follow up with bloodwork to determine the correct dosage of your AI six weeks into your cycle.

PCT should be Nolvadex and Clomid.

You should use hCG throughout your cycle if you want to have a more productive PCT as well as a better overall sense of well-being.

And remember the most important. Have your diet and nutritional down 100%. The above is not going to be worth a shit if your nutrition is not dialed in.

Thanks for the reply.

Would you clarify my mistake on dbol? I've been reading a lot of logs/cycles and everyone ran it 1-4 weeks on dosages from 20/35/40mg I opted to stay low at 20mg as Initially I wasn't going to run it at all.

You should post this in the cycle log section along with your AAS experience and goals for the cycle... The more info provided the better feedback you will get.

Good luck!
