First Cycle Help
ad
Trying to gather info to help with first cycle. Looking into Anavar right now and from what I understand probably need to take around 40mg a day however not finding many sites that make this even nearly affordable. Main goal is to lean out midsection but ultimately help add about 8-12 lbs lean muscle. Want to also make sure I need to handle PCT. Appreciate feedback on whats worked best with Anavar for you and even a little direction at best value sites to shop. Thanks

Thought testosterone was low years. Libido is shit, energy levels are shit. Went to primary physician and had blood work done she said levels were within normal range. Didn't believe it but thats what came back. Strength isn't bad but lots of atrophy and feel like I have to work 5 times harder for the 1/4 of the results I've seen work workout partners gain.
Your DR saying normal doesnt mean shit. Normal for what? On another note. Eating right sure gives you a lot of energy and eating bad sure makes you feel like shit.
Thats what I was thinking when I saw the results and think a lot of it had to do with seeing a female physician. I know how my body should feel and I shouldn't be zapped of energy dragging ass at 28 but I got this look and lecture as if hey everything is good so take it for what its worth. Diet is improving but certainly not as clean as it needs to be.
I would 1st start with diet. I am guessing you stay skinny all the time and can eat what you want. Am I right?
That use to be the case not anymore. Heaviest and flabbiest point of my life. When I state this to people I interact with on daily basis they would say my body type is average. Metabolism has slowed down a lot and a lot of weight has gone to midsection. May be that a lot more cardio and leaning out will allow far better vascularity but although I've put on this weight have issues getting thickness specifically in my arms
cdaddy7Did she check your thyroid? Sounds like u might have an issue....u sure don't want no gear to mix with something like that...u def got something goin on with those symptoms.....unless ur test levels were on the normal low borderline side then It's just as good as being low...better have a look a that thyroid tho for sure
She said thyroid was fine. This was about 3 years ago. Couldn't press her much more on it after seeing the results. Should probably see an endocrinologist soon for a second opinion. May have to call her office to see if they can provide me with the results to have more info
cdaddy7Narrowing it down you may b LowT...I would def have your levels checked...You need a good testosterone supp that raises your levels naturally for now...Until you know for sure befor you dive off into gear and could make it even worse
What would you suggest to try and even things out before able to get in for another test? Or would this be counterproductive if I took a booster then went to be tested. Think this is a far more reasonable idea and a good step forward.
I would not worry about low T until after you saw a test that said it was low. It would be very weird for you to have low T at your age unless u used AAS. I am not saying dont get tested I am saying dont worry until you do.
cdaddy7What is your strength like? Libido? Have you had bloodwork done lately and/or ur testosterone level checked?
BF may now be at 12% or so haven't used calipers or anyway to truly tell in a long time but I am at the heaviest point in my life. Essentially a stocky looking skinny fat. Would like to get back to where I was at in early 20s which took a lot of trial and error to even figure out that was 155 with about 5% bf maybe a little under. I went from 137ish to 155 while maintaining low bf. A lot of my frustration right now is where I'm cranking out specifically bicep and tricep exercises like a mad man to feel some sort of pump and after much work get a very weak one. Hours later even though I am eating to fuel throughout the day they feel like limp noodles. So I'm really working against more than use to at the moment
I think I don't have the time or money to eat 8 meals a day to see little results. I am at a desk 8 hours a day and can squeeze lunch and snacks in but other than that it would be shaker bottles of protein. I can't even get a pump when lifting and had dropped off about 9 months ago when lifting 4-5 times a week was not showing much results. Whereas a good buddy was buying tons of supplements before he decided to start a cycle and went from about 180 to 220 in about 5 months. I understand hard work and dietary principles but realize whey, tuna from the can, grilled chicken and salmon can only get me so far and only be so effective and efficient. I'm looking at this as a booster not to just rely solely on this without any nutrition behind it
Chicken is cheap, Tuna is cheap, and Steak goes on sale(just paid $4.99 lb for boneless rib eye). Protein shakes are very cheap if you figure pr meal. If you cant eat right then do not cycle. Money would be better spent on eating right. You get more gain from food than you do juice but if you put them together look out.
cdaddy7Hot Damn, fina u said it bro!!! +1 for being johnny on the spot with that info!!!
cdaddy7Understand It's a commitment....what is your bf% or did u post it and i missed it?
cdaddy7No orals my man on first cycle ever....have u looked into your diet? I just did one for a guy ur size....I'm not sure that u have been back lifting long enough to consider using at this point...I think the right diet could put a good 10-15lbs on in a few months...what do u think?
Metabolism has slowed down significantly as the phrase "hard gainer" certainly applied to me. Trying to go high intensity and usually take some endurox r4 for recovery as alleviated alot of soreness for me a while back. Main reason thinking var is due to so called mild nature and around work colleagues (have gym at work) will seem like a more realistic natural progression.
5'7 175 right now. 28/M. Best shape I was in I was at 155 all natural but took about a year of insane intensity to get there and with job and other shit can't devote 2+ hours a day right now. Just getting back into lifting still have some strength but frustrated with atrophy and can't seem to get even half the pump I use to. Need to up cardio to atleast 2-3x a week and diet not too bad. Couple protein shakes a day, very lean lunch of grilled steak/chicken/tuna with veggies throughout work week. Not looking to gain 20lbs in a month as will raise some flags at work to be honest. Want to stick with oral as not good with needles (just not going to work). Starting an indoor soccer league in next few weeks so that will certainly help with being more active on my feet.
cdaddy7Read about your diet first my man to see if thats your issue...this will help if u read it

On it as always.
cdaddy7I learned from the best, you guys!!! Thanks BB!! Those first timers hate the "D" word but they really don't realize the impact it makes whether they use gear or not...me and GS9902 was just discussing this
All the gear in the world dont mean shit if that "D" isnt on point, now if we can only get our newer members to get it.
cdaddy7Me and GS came up with an idea to help tonight.....or at least we r hoping....sure are seeing alot of guys that just flat out miss the diet/nutrition aspect and think gear is the answer...I always say it enhances, it does not create
cdaddy7And i stand justified by his comment above LOL
