First Cycle - focused on quality, no volume

ad

Hi everybody,

i would like to post my idea to get if possible a complete answer. First note below details

Age - 32
Height - 179cm (5'10 right?)
Weight - 82kg (180pds)
Body fat - around 12%
Training history - martial arts and weights as complementary - focused on weights last 2 years (5-6days a week)
Cycle experience - Just did around 10 years ago a trial with deca and primo above all in order to recover a shoulder injury, About this, i checked a soft improvement, consistent, and as side effect i checked some soreness on nipples, nothing really strong.
Goals - My purpose now is to help the progression to get quality, hardness and definition on muscles through the cycle, im not really interested in volume, at least this time, so i would like to avoid water retention for instance as possible to get permanent improvements instead of being no critical ones.

Checking info im a bit lost about different combinations, think primo would be one key compound, but for instance not sure if it could works with clembuterol as a light cycle to define above all?

Appreciate your advise, thanks in advance guys.

Thanks in advance by the way:

I split the gym routine in four sessions, so the week is more or less like this:
day 1 - chest/triceps/calves and adding one long serie for lateral shoulder (low weight)
day 2 - Back/biceps/abs and one serie for gluteos
day 3 - Shoulder/Traps/Calves/ 6-7 series for chest (low weight, cable rows normally)
soft running - 40 to 60 min
day 4 - legs / biceps / 6-7series for low back
day5 - Start again the routine
day 7 - REST

Macros - I checked them time to time, but no count every cal i have to confess, i look for 20/50/10 (P/C/F), and around 2900kcal
i take as supplementation creatine monohydrate, vits, protein (and going to start with beta alanine and omega 3

You have alot of arms in that routine and only 1 leg day. If it is working for you then great. Hopefully you have some type of progressive overload built into that routine.

20/50/10 (P/C/F)

I think you are missing something there. I only see 80%. Hopefully the remaining 20% is being put into protein. If you are trying to lose some fat I would be bumping up the protein and fat and taking out some carbs.

yeap sorry, about the distribution i increase protein a depending the day some more carbs.

ABout routine, i should mention my body distribution genetically more focused on legs, anyway in four days routine one day is just for that, and supported by some work with deadlifts on back day (this is one of the strenght exercise i practise)

Considering the exercises, normally i check develop on one strength exercise per day and with the others i try to isolate every muscle.

Any recommendation?

I have a bunch of forums on diet and training. I would suggest browsing through those for a bit.

You don't need steroids to get toned up a little bit. The easy solution for what you are trying to do is just drop a little bodyfat by dieting.

Based on what im reading you should manipulate your diet and you will achieve what you are looking for. Edit out the source too because personally I think you are just pimpin your source.
You want to be toned and defined but no water retention, yeah, lower your sodium intake and watch what you eat...mission accomplished.
