First cycle after meniscus repair

ad

Hey guys, stats are:

Height: 5'6"
Weight: 165
Bf: 15-17%

Bench: 250
OH press: 160
Squats and deads unknown

I had a trim meniscus repair surgery late November last year. I started retraining my legs in January slowly progressing through sl5x5 to make sure I don't reinjure myself.

My questions, problems are as follows:

Am I close enough to my bodies limit for strength in said lifts to start a cycle?

Would running a cycle be helpful or hurtful for my knee, I am unsure if it is fully healed because I haven't tried the weight I was previously at for squats (or relatively close to be honest)

Would adding npp or bold acetate be helpful making sure my knee can keep up with weight?

My planned cycle is

Wk 1-8 test prop 100 eod or 50 Ed (still debating)
12.5 aro eod
Wk 1- till I see fit t3 50mcg Ed
Pct
Wk 1-4 nolva
Wk1-4 clomid

I have had the same surgery bro 4 week ago but am not back lifting yet but am getting a lot betta and not realy on pain meds now.i have been looking into eq,anavar and deca for the benifits to ligaments and cartilage and will be running eq,var at low dose for rehab not deca as i find this will be to harsh if i where to get the sides even at doses of 100mg per week this can happen so am sticking with eq,var combo both enhance col synth can stop the build up of scar tissue which is common with my injury leading to long term problems with the eq,var this problem is dropped big time being benificial long term so even when your off cycle you will allways have that extra benifit of the fact you healed betta during rehab also its helps with cross linking integrity and makes the cartilage become a lot stronger leading to less chance of injury during rehab time which can be common.even after the 4-8 week healing time your not fully recoverd untill the 7-8 month mark yes no shit i was shocked.at the 8 week mark you could be 70-80% healed but that last part will take many more months.there are 100z of studies showing the benifits not only being short term but because of all the adding effects of these drugs during rehab cycle post injury or post surgery this leading to a betta recovery for long term if you get it at the correct starting point while the bodys still in a recovery state that being any where in the 8-8 month mark probz best to start 6-8 week out of op making sure theres no over problems needing fixed.a dose of 40-50mg a day of var and 300 eq per week is all that is needed with a back drop of test e at 150-250mg per week no higher as this can decrease col synth not good lol.

If I were you I wouldn't touch the juice just yet it will put stress on you knee to quickly with strength increases. Tymosin beta 4 or TB 500 is great peptide for your situation along with a GHRP or HGH would really get you back to 100% and lean you out at the same time and then in 3 months you'll be primed for a cycle. Leave the t3 out also cause it will eat muscle when your not stacking it with gear.

Thanks for the input. I will definitely look into the peptides that's something I haven't considered yet. I would love to do a 6 month gh cycle but gh is out of my price range right now for any cycle length. And yes I would never run t3 without a substance that induces a constant anabolic state. Thanks for looking out!

GRHPs are cheap compaired to GH, you could definitely swing that bro. I've run Thymosin beta 4 and GHRP so if you need any help just send me a friend request, be glad to help you out with any info you need.
