+ 2 First Cycle Advice

ad

Looking at starting my first cycle and after hours of research, finally turned to the forums for advice.

First off, here's a little bit of my back story,
I was 6'1, 20 years old and weighed about 270, with a BF% of around 35%. I finally decided that I wanted to better myself and make the change. Needless to say, after countless hours at the gym and a clean diet, I'm currently at 183 with a BF of around 18% and have been for the last year. The reason I'm considering starting my first cycle is to get over this hill that I've been at for too long.

Stats:
Age:23
Height: 6'1
Weight: 183 with 18% BF

Diet:
Breakfast: 2 Scoops of protein, with Cup of oats, scoop of flax seed
Lunch: 3 Eggs, Pack of Tuna, Spinach, Whole wheat tortilla
Snack: Greek Yogurt, tablespoon honey, handful of almonds
Protein shake after workout
Dinner: 12oz grilled chicken, 2 c veg,

I avoid carbs after 2. (thanks vikings), Only slip ups is an occasional drink on the weekends.

Training is 5 days a week, and I include 30mins of cardio on 3 of those days.

I want to get lean (under 10% BF) and I'm considering this cycle with PCT:

Weeks 1-8
Test Prop 100mg EOD

Weeks 3-8
Winstrol 40mg 1 hour before workout

Weeks 1-13
Anastrolzole .5mg Daily

Weeks 4-8
HCG 100ui EOD after Test P

Weeks 8-12
Tamoxifen 40mg 1 week after final Test P dose, for 2 weeks. 20mg for final 2 weeks

Think its too early to start cycling? Comments/Suggestions to any of the above would be awesome. Thanks in advance.

Brother you are young, you really don't need it but if you do decide to do it, make sure you've really done your research and I can't stress enough the importance of getting blood work done regularly

Brotha, at your age it's not a lack of testosterone holding you back. Enjoy a few more years of high natty production before you jump on the train.
Perfect the diet, perfect the workout, spend juice money on good food and most importantly keep kicking ass! Sounds like you are taking the bull by the horns right now and that's definitely commendable. Keep it up no hurry, the juice will always be here. Smile
+2 for the hard work.

Change cardio to HIIT and keep it at 3 days per week. Add 3 eggs to your breakfast. Add a chicken breast to your snack. Use low fat Greek yogurt. Revamp your carb intake and limit to 50g per day. And, start Casein protein.

I cant give you cycle advice. But i can tell you congratulations and that u have come a long way. Keep up the good work. Read the yellow stickies, too.

You show you did your research and thats spot on, but you should stay natural for a couple more years at minimum and hit your genetic potential BEFORE you decide to start this lifestyle. The cycle you laid out shows you really haven't researched well enough as well so that should tell you something. We know you are trying to be your best but isn't it more satisfying to be your best at your age without imitation testosterone? Research more, keep tearing it up in the gym and re evaluate your goals in another 2 years, you will thank us for that I guarantee it.

I agree with Irish. Also at your height/weight/Bf you have an LBM of about 150lbs. If you got down to around 10%BF you would be 165ish at your height that is still very light. Lotsa of room to pack on muscle still with good ole food.

my best advice to you bro is number one you wont get any cycle advice being under 25, and your bf is way high still. what I can tell you to do is keep hitting it hard get your diet on point even more, get your training up to par with your cardio and do it naturally. but, while your doing that stick around here and read , this site has a wealth of knowledge and you could learn a ton in the time you get everything else on point,so when it comes time youll be ready to cycle 100% if you put the work in and you have the knowledge to set up a perfect cycle and know the ins and outs of ped use. your diet isn't enough to supply your muscle with the protein needed to help heal you from grueling workouts and cardio sessions. but your on the right track knowing diet is key, and you could build a hell of a physique naturally in the mean time, learning how to carb cycle to help your performance in the gym and to help trim some of your fat off, and with that knowledge plus your ped knowledge that you learn, when it comes time youll utilize your cycle to the fullest. the reason why we preach waiting here is because of the damage you can do to yourself now as your hormones are at its peak and your body is still maturing , with the right diet and training you can do wonders right now. hope you take the time to read this as I took the time to type it, also try posting a pic to get help with your diet and training along with cardio etc etc.
