-1 Feeling sick on pre contest stack.

I started prep 12 weeks out and it started off great! Now I’m currently 8 weeks out. Extremely lethargic, nauseous like all day and little to no appetite. It’s getting to the point where I feel nauseous during training.
The current cycle is:
400mg test prop
300mg tren ace
300mg mast.
50mg Winstrol ED
50mg Anavar ED
I’m currently force-feeding myself 5 meals a day now. It use to be 6 before I felt sick.
Diet:
M1 Cream of rice
Train
M2 protein shake/ banana
M3 oatmeal/ egg whites
M4 Ground turkey/ rice
M5 Chicken and potato
I’m 29 y/o 6’1 237lbs at 7% BF at the moment.
This is only my second show. I’m not sure if I’m doing something wrong or my body has become to toxic with the cycle.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Maybe when the fat melts it makes you nauseous. Especially the visceral essential fat and the ribs. Because there are food or air pollutants in fats that can cause nausea when you dispose of them. It also happens to me when I train too much and don't eat enough nausea ... Use only an oral anabolic. If you have to lose fat why abuse steroids so much. So you don't use them well It's a great power cycle, be careful, bye.

Sounds like liver might be super stressed to the max. I hope you can figure out issue and all goes well!
I would back off and only take 30 and 30, 10mg 3x daily of the orals and the mast and tren drop to 75mg 2 times a week keep the test there....also drink alkaline water for a week, its expensive, plus your daily multivitamin
I think this seems like a smart approach. Definitely going to try the alkaline water to help get rid of toxicity. Thank you.
Every time I use anavar and winstrol together I lose my appetite. Tren can definitely make you feel lethargic due to lack of sleep. My last show I did I used glutathione and my fasted cardio cocktail to help push through. Pm me if you need help

trash300Do a blood checknimmediately, either the Tren ruins your body or u don't tolerate the big dosage of orals u take.
Your diet is not really a good one for 8 wks out.
You taking any liver support? You’re on 100mgs of orals so I would look at liver stress first.
Also tren has been known to fuck up a few guys’ stomachs in the past. Something about excess stomach acid production...
