Eminemsroyaltys cutting cycle

Hi,

Im running a cutter meaning im using gear and dieting lol. Here is how my cycle looks like. Any suggestions are always recommended, after all nobody knows it all.

Test Prop @100mg per week for 14 weeks
Tren Ace @50mg ED for 7 weeks
Anavar 50mg (split 2x per day 25mg AM and 25mg PM) ED for 7 weeks

PCT:
Nolva
Clomid
BOTH of which I have a shit ton on hand always just in case my tits get bigger than my finace'

I have been learning to drop my arm workouts and try "Push/Pull" days and am really giving my all on this cycle. My cardio consists of 20min warm up followed by 30min with the weights and another 20-40min cardio (abs eod after lifting).

I eat every two hours and consume 2,500 calories a day as best I can. I dont want to get into the diet right now because I fucked up over Christmas but I am VERY (capatilize that shit!) determined. I feel fat but strong and knowing my body it really doesnt take too much to shed some fat slow and steady while keeping good carbs and calories and fats and of course protiens and vitamians in check.

(I also have some Test E 500mg/ml that Im going to save and two extra test props for the man or woman who wins the eroids competition)

Thanks in advance to anybody who has ideas to alter this. I have almost all my gear (enough for 10 weeks= ALL my Tren and almost all my prop...waiting on my last pack of anavar)

This cycle is from Northern Gear/Next Day Gear/ Frankie UK/ Bid D Pharma so thanks guys for your awesome goods and thanks to everybody here as I have gained a good ammount of knoledge on diet/workouts/ and of course cycle and pct here. I know its 90 percent diet and workouts and 10 percent gear and you all have taught me that.

Ok guys this cycle was inturrupted for personal reasons (i got engaged), so i did continue with just test prop and currently weight 175. My lifts are sticking and i have minimal bloat. Im cruising on test e from Frankie and gonna hit prop and eca to drop some more fat...im also now on a nutrasystem diet which is great. People comment on how much weight i dropped but i dont think its all that unless im able to keep my gains which we shall see.

I weight 190 and 20 percent (just a guess b/f) check next weeek.

1)workout first thing on an empty stomach
2)myoplex lite shake with a v8
3)tuna with lemon juice and half a cup of brown rice
4)myoplex lite shake
5)chicken breast with 1 cup of brocilli and 1 cup brown rice
6)oatmeal straight out the pack and a scoop of peanut butter
7)This is where all hell breaks out :( Subs/cookies/chips....you name it and I eat it like a fucking pig but I have been cutting back.
A MAJOR issue with me was waking at 3am and eating but I take casein protien before bed.
I drink about a swimming pool worth of water and 2 liters of soda a day too. Again this was all around the holidays so im very dedicated and can get back real quick.

I would love some advice and if you challenge me to stick to your diet my bull head and cocky ass fucking attitude and rediculous competiveness will remind you every day or every week that I did your diet to perfection! Test me man!

bro I feel too fat to put a fucking pic up but I will have one loaded in the phone tomorrow :( and saved on the computer to put next to the new pic of me much more fit (usa today in hand in both pics to show authentecity) I also have a chest tattoo and a wrist tattoo that will be visable so no cheating lol

hey bud
not too big on the hcg idea because even with tren it doesn't seem like something that I need. A VERY strange thing is that when I am on a long acting ester of test I need it such as my favorite of all time which is sustanon. Weird how that happened but I couldnt live without hcg durring that cycle.
obviously other things could of been factored into that equation such as my new Lexapro meds.

you'll reap nice benefits (with proper diet) bro... may want to have some proviron on hand just in case case the tren effects lil EM (LOL) Has become a recent MUST for me and tren. I know its two orals but they are both very mild and (personally) haven't run into issues

This I why I always leave some simple stuff out like a few test props that I will eventually need so I'll order them with proviron. I'm a horn dog but FML if lil EM has a coma I just got engaged and sex is my life right now lol.

What benefit have you had with that over just cialis or Viagra?

Bro I bust almost as hard as when on cabor (LOL) it also lowers estrogen and frees up test... and I (personally) just try and use the V and C for post. its good for my mental health when my shit is working (but thats me)

After reading about them it does make sense to keep the Viagra and Cialis for pct bangin' it's part mental with those and they r perfect for pct. Cialis seems to be a real good pct sex drive med with it's lasting ability at low dose.
Shit pin some prop and pop 30mg of cialis and my shit would blow up haha not a safe idea.

Proviron (Mesterolone) is the closest thing we have to orally active Dihydrotestosterone (DHT). It’s basically methylated (1-methyl) DHT. As a result, Proviron is not capable of being metabolized (aromatized) to estrogen, and is also not progestenic. It’s actually pretty light on the liver, and not very toxic at all, as it is not c17-Alpha-Alkylated, but rather is 1-methylated. And of course, being a DHT-based compound, this stuff isn't going to be great for female athletes to use in high doses, although from interviews with females, 12.5-25mgs a day seems to be very tolerable. Virilization (development of male sexual characteristics) is going to be a concern for women daring enough to try this stuff at high doses.

Proviron is typically thought of as a hardening agent, and as being not very anabolic on its own. I don’t know of too many men who use it at anything resembling high doses, but personally I’d love to see what it can do at a 50-100mg/day dose- essentially, that’s the dose range we see orally administered DHT compounds being used at, for an anabolic effect. At 25mgs/day it’s going to function as a bit of an anti-estrogen and a libido booster, but probably won’t be building much muscle.

A very interesting fact about Proviron is that it binds very well to SHBG (Sex Hormone Binding Globulin) which is the transport hormone responsible for reducing the amount of circulating free testosterone in your body.(1) It actually binds to SHBG better than almost any other anabolic steroid that I’m aware of. Proviron also binds to the Anabolic Receptor (AR) better than any commercially available oral anabolic .(1) While the previous two effects are certainly desirable effects, this oral version of DHT also has a very high affinity for binding to receptors in the scalp and prostate, causing some possible nasty side effects, like male pattern baldness and prostate enlargement.

So what we have here is a steroid which can possibly make other steroids more effective by inhibiting SHBG from attaching to them, and also has the additional benefit of reducing the amount of overall estrogen in the body. It’s not the kind of steroid that we can base a cycle around, but I think that those properties certainly make it beneficial for adding it into virtually any cycle. This of course also provides a hard, quality look to muscle that’s gained on a cycle, and an overall improvement in the look of the physique. Also, up to 100-150mgs/day it has no depressing effect on low to normal serum FSH and LH levels (2). In fact, if your natural hormonal levels are depressed, it may even be able to raise LH (3), which can then raise your natural testosterone levels.

So Proviron is very synergistic, but what I’ve found from interviews with people as well as in studies, it’s not very effective on it’s own.(4)

Although the genuine, brand name “Proviron” is not found frequently on the Black and many Underground Labs don't even produce it, it’s available as a paper anabolic, at a reasonably inexpensive cost.

Used NDG cut stack for a week just to try it then moved into my cycle with as follows:
Started withNorthern Gears SuperManLabs test and tren
Second is Big D Pharma test prop and tren ace
As well as Big D's Anavar 50mg tabs x30 (have a nice pill cutter for this)
Third is Frankie UK's gear of Anavar 10mg x 100
(also a test e 500mg/ml for shits n giggles)

Today 12/31/2011 I pinned 100cc of BigDPharma test prop and 50cc NorthernGear (gearnorthern) Tren Ace. I pinned the test in my left quad and the tren in my right quad.
I did a chest/abs day and did lots of abs and cardio as well. I felt great!

20min elliptical warm up

I went VERY light with upper body DB presses and rows today.

Abs: 100 left side crunches 10 leg raises (straight leg) 100 right side crunches 10 leg raises

Machine crunches= 50lbsx50, 40lbsx30 30lbsx20

Side bends with 45lb plate= 20,15 each side 25lb plate=25 each side

Ran 2.0 miles at 6.0 jog and was dying

I took Isopure right after and today I'm picking up some eca stack or rittalin to mix with glucosemiane (sp?) I was going to mix it with speed stack but thought better of that.

Btw I have 60 36 or 37mg concerta and would like to make a nice pee workout mix any suggestions? Also have 30 10mg rittalin

Grabbed 20's and did lateral raises and moved right into front raises then bent over lateral raises x8 reps 3x no rest

Seated and then standing calf raise

Cardio was 20 min elliptical

40 min incline walk/flat jog/ incline jog

Weight was 189.0

Sleep was better

Workout was slow then very good and intensity grew
Warm-up on elliptical and did chest and back got very nice pumps and belted out some shoulders
Abs were good and need to remeber to keep shit in check with diet and sleep.

People here say it but I need to live it (diet/sleep) or I'll be wasting another cycle
