Elevated liver levels!!!!

ad

I've been running a cycle of Test e at 300mg's a week for 10 weeks now and introduced some var on week 8 starting at 40 mgs ed to 90 mgs ed currently. I have also been using as a liver support Aegis Liver Protection (TUDCA) at 2 tabs 125 mg ea. 2 x ed and Milk Thistle at 1200 mg.ed. I just got my bloods back and AST and ALT levels are through the roof. Estro is 90 and still waiting on Test results. Everything else is looks good. This has really got me scratching my head. I'm wondering if I should cut the Var dose in half or just drop it altogether?? Last bloods they were elevated also but I figured if I doubled up on the Milk Thistle and added the TUDCA that I should be ok. I'm not experiencing anything unusual physically except increase in strength and leaning up. Diet is spot on and taking in plenty of water. Any suggestions????

Drink plenty of water but as for liver support, look into a drug called Essential forte-n
I used it during a Cycle with Halo (very HEPATOXIC) and had no elevated lover enzymes. Great stuff!

how were your baseline ALT/AST levels? I ask because mine were almost flagged before ever touching aas. Hence, I can't really run orals at all (10mg dbol sends it 50% above top range, for example), regardless of any supports used.

Them liver supports aren't going to help them levels mate. Them liver support things do dam all in cycle, they may support your liver over the long term but teres know scientific studies done to my knoweledge to prove they actually help.

Liver values are only an indicator for the doctor, a liver and kidney function test is the only way to see how your liver is coping so don't worry about it, ask the doctor for two of these tests and I guarentee your kidneys and liver are functioning fine.

Layne norton has a video on YouTube discussing this topic.

Tudca usually hast to be ran at 750mg Ed minimum. 1000mg Ed is pristine. Try upping the tudca and get bloods again a week later or so and if no drop then def drop off the var.

No prob. Keep us updated. Make sure all other nutrients are on check as well. Water salts etc. so there is less stress on the body.

Sorry. I meant make sure you drink enough water and consume correct amount of sodium.

Sounds good! Tudca is my go to for liver support so you should def see a decrease! But please keep an update. Also show pics of bloods before and after. I would really like to put the tudca myth to the test.
