ad

Ok I'm thinking to run a cycle for my pretty damn sucky tennis elbow I got in both but really the right elbow ! Shit I'm not down with those fucking shots the doc is saying ill have to get if I don't get right ! To much shit can go wrong IMO ! So I'm thinking cruise level test and 400mg of eq a week, and anavar at no more than 20-50 my a day split in 2 doses ! Thought about tren but not sure ! Talk to me bros ! Let me know your experiences your ideas and thoughts ! Talk to me

have ur tried turmeric , otherwise HGH is probably one of ur choice. If ur going to w/ EQ for the increased RBC and hoping that would heal u faster, it might work but there are other things out there the are far superior in increasing RBC then EQ , If ur going to lift on cycle then u might cause more damage.

You should really look into tb500, it's a peptide if you haven't heard of it. There's a few good write ups on here that I've seen. I'm not saying it's for you, but it's worth the trouble of looking into! In my own experiences I was very happy with my results. I had a very tight shoulder and trap, common with baseball players, which is the very reason it got that way. Anyways...I was on tb500 along win test e and got great results. My range of motion is way greater than it was, I've been able to play basketball for cardio on a regular basis!

I've used it and I believe it was effective. Cost a lot to run though.

I run high doses of glucosamine chondroiton and msm and also take fish oils these reduce joint inflammation encourage tendon and ligament healing and shuttle lubrication to the joint or ligament or tendons. They're amazing I live by it and I've gotten many to try it who love it. Most of the other fighters at my mma gym now take them religiously

X2 on all this, plus I take turmeric caps twice a day. It's a natural herb that reduces inflammation. Cheep too:-)

I would run the cruise level of test and the boldenone only and try the curls mentioned below.

Man, I have some wicked tendinitis in my wrist. Those cortisone shots work. Knocks that shit out for about 3-4 months. Getting another one Friday actually.

That var/eq prolly won't help much bro. I tried all kinds of different shit. Thing about it is that your DHT's are medically documented to improve strength in tendonous tissues. BUT yours aren't weak; they're inflamed. Any stress will aggravate that inflammation.

I like that cruise dose idea tho. ;) I'm still writing up some shit on that in my spare time.

Suck it up, nigga! You stick yourself all the time! Lol

For me tho, the type of tendinitis I have carries a symptom course of 18-24+ months and it involves the movement of the thumb across the plain of the hand. You'd be surprised how many motions that is. Some mornings, I can't even brush my teeth with my right hand. Can you imaging the cluster fuck of doing that left handed?? Can't lift right, if at all. Can't screw in conduit at work or use a screw driver.

So, for me, temporary relief is better than none. Nothing else works. Last ditch effort is surgery. I babied mine for 4 months before taking the shot. It's really not painful when they do it. Should have a mixture or cortisone and some numbing meds. You won't feel it til later. And the next day will prolly hurt like a bitch. Then sore for almost a week. But then nothing for 3-6 months. Worth it in my book

Agreed. Hope you can. I wish I could've fixed mine.

And, if my lil ass can take it in the wrist, there's no doubt your Cowboy watching ass can take it in the elbow. ;)

Ha! I literally just posted this someplace else...

Bro I got this from a 70yr old gym rat about 10 yrs ago (One Buff MoFo). I used to wrap my forearms because I had ulna nerve issues. He approached and new exactly what the wraps were for and suggested I do bar only reverse curls... it sounded weird and a little counter intuitive but he pointed out several members he had helped with the same issue and I talked to them and they swore by it... I do 100 bar only reverse curls with every warm up now and issue is handled

Thanks for the information. I have been wondering if pronation bar-only curls would be beneficial.

Also stay away from the EZ curl bar.

Yup! And don't even think about doing any hammer curls, Nothing irritates my tennis elbow more than that, upright rows are a no go for me as we'll.
