time stops when im in the gym.. I thought that was the reason I went..
so I could forget about the rest of world...
at least it works for me that way.
5 days/week 1 hr 15 min per time give or take. I go hard and leave totally gassed. IMO you cant be doing anything productive being in the gym more than 2 hours at a time unless you're elite pro body builder.
im the same as you bro, in and out, I take Wednesday and sunday off, I get in do it and get out, im not there to socialise,or perv at myself in the mirror, im there to smash it and go!!! between an hour and an hour and a half.
One hour a day bout 5-6 days a week. I go hard n heavy.
Per week. 7x3 = 21 hrs. I own my own business however - I can get away with this . . .
What is most important about workout time is the quality of the workout itself.
I agree. It does take a certain amount of time to workout (lift/cardio), but it's really how you do it. I spend about 9 hours a week and try it keep my intensity up.
Ace VenturaCardio? What is this....cardio you speak of?
sex is cardio
Ace VenturaYou should see mine. It is definitely not cardio. I'd say it's closer to taking a nap.
It's some new fangled workout that I read about on the internet. I'm sure it's just a fad.
Ace VenturaOh, I hate fad workouts.
Over the summer I was working out 1-2 hours a day 6 or 7 days a week.
Now I go twice a week (2-3 hours total) since I'm extremely busy. I hit upper body one day lower on the other. It actually works out pretty good.
I spend about 8 hours myself
Mon-Thurs 6:00 to 8:00 ish, Friday if needed to make up for any body parts that may have been neglected. 1.5 hours, Saturday and Sunday 9 or 10am for two hours. I had been doing about an hour and a half but since adding 20 minutes cardio ED it has stretched out to two hours. So between 13 and 16 hours a week.
I should add I usually work with a small group so things do take a bit longer. If I am by myself tho I still end up running just as long but much higher intensity.
5-6:30am M-F and 8-10am Sat & Sun so a 11.5 hours total and not more than a minute or two am I not doing a set or cardio.
Ace VenturaProbably about 10 hours per week. I workout with a partner most days so it tends to take a bit longer. If I was alone, probably 7 or less. I generally go 6 days a week.
RustyhookerIm on pct now so its in....bang it...recover. If I'm hitting it hard after pct i can spend 1-3hrs per session(gym plus cardio). I do switch it up to keep body guessing but i get my mass easier if I'm hitting hard for longer.
