Cycle/diet advice

ad

I need some advice, I have been lifting consistent for 5 years now. Last time I came off cycle. (test/deca/dbol) I started slacking off a lot. I had plans to cut down, started low carb diet. But lost motivation so now I have a lot less muscle and more body fat then I would like 25years old 220lbs 15-20% body fat I have a few cycles under my belt

I recently order some stuff which I would run like this

Dbol 1-4 50mg
Test e 1-16 600mg
Deca 1-14 400mg
Week 18 start nolva and clomid 50mg each and taper off

Prami, arimdex on hand

Im worried if I bulk I will put on too much fat so I was considering 8week bulk/8week cut but
The gains I make might be pointless because I wouldn't be holding them very long.
So now I am considering a keto diet on this cycle. I know deca isn't the best compound for cutting. Should I just save the deca? Or
What? Advice would help

Yeah well the keto diet is basically limiting
Carbs to 25 grams a day and carb loading one day a week. It something crazy but it makes sense. More veggies wouldn't hurt

I have no issue gaining muscle or dieting I'm just wondering if this keto diet could be successful with this stack? Is there any chance of still putting on some muscle if not maintain it while losing fat.

i cant see that diet last long. You have no carbs in there. Add 6 more cups of greens to your meals for your carbs. add oats to your breakfast. 7th meal make a protein shake. currently your fat intake wtih all your peanut butter looks higher then your carb intake.try to do 4 days in a row 45% protein/ 35 % carbs/15% Fats.........1 day 30% protein 50 % carb 20% fats.....

so what does your diet look like? protein to fat to carb ratios? whats numbers you looking at per day of calolries etc?.....this will be the determine factor of if your body bulks, or body looses weight not the aas

Idk if it's actually that high I'm making a guess it's always been around 12-15%

if your bodyfat is 20% you shouldnt be taking aas.. you should be dieting.
