Cycle TRT and anavar and possibly winstrol to aid in shoulder 7 month post - operation.

ad

Hi all,
Just got somr THL anavar and winny -running it with some TRT. Had 2 major shoulder surgerys that arent healing / working after 7 months. I've been thru all the traditional rehab/ physical therapy. I'm just starting this small stack to kickstart the muscles into healing and working. This is my first cycle of anything ever @ 44 yrs old. Been training for 30 years - still doing that on a bit of a limited basis. I'm not lookin to get huge just basically get ripped up and get the shoulder working. Wanted something mild to stack on top of the TRT which I just started this week also. I know the var is basically a mild one that women use. I'm also stacking some winny too - (60 mg var . 30 mg winny). Training 4x a week hitting everything 2x a week. Can't wait for the 1st var / winny pump! I know that's not your typical backround / goalset here but the Dr did the surgery and was basically like "good luck with that" since it didn't heal the way it should have and I can't lift my arm past shoulder level.

Any thoughts on my aproach to this and how long till I get my first anavar pump? Been on a week as of today and still nothing.

Thx -

I've been reading up on TRT w/ a Cycle as well--like how you emphasized diet. What sucks about me is, 'getting ripped in the kitchen' isn't 'as' possible with having to eat at a military DFAC. However, I like the emphasis (this post is a yr old so you may never get it but...thanks)

Hey Tread -

Yea - I know var isn't strictly for chicks I just know it is in lower doses, one of the least toxic and one that many women use as opposed to others that are harsher on their systems. I'm 44, 195 and 9% BF. I eat strict all the time mainly fruits and veggies as my carb source and meat and some dairy (yogurt and cottage cheese) as my protien sources. I feel my diet is pretty solid.

As far as the surgery, I has one about 19 months ago - 3 out of the 4 main rotator cuff tendons were torn completely. the Teres minor was the only intact one left. Couldn't get all my motion back and 7 months ago went in for a "salvage" procedure called a Lat transfer. This is where they take the lat where it attaches to the arm, cut part of it and attach it to the humerous where part of the rotator cuff once was. My tear was bad - both surgeries were "open" as compared to thru a scope. My cuff is fucked and there is a good amount of degenerative changes to the cartilige in the shoulder. I had the surgery done @ the Hospital for Special Surgery in NY. It's the best out there. Dr who did the second surgery said it looks like a bomb went off in there but says with the addition of the lat transfer he got full coverage of the humeral head.
I never usesd any hormones in the past - used to BB and compete in natural contests. I'm doing them now cause I think this will get my shoulder muscle back to the point where I can @ least get full active range of motion. I can still do all back worout movements - the teres major does the job of the lat that was transfered.

So I'm very serious about getting this to work. This is the end of the road for me since I'll workout till the day I die and also surf - that is my other motivation to get this thing working again. Currently I can't lift my arm any higher than shoulder high. I can do all forms of lat pulldows as this is pulling down not pushing up.

Let me know what you think. TN

Thx tread for the input - I've been reading that too. Decca is real good with healing the joints - now that would do what I'm looking for.

This is completely random, but on a side note. I notice you said you still do lat pull downs, I used to get shoulder injuries and they would never seem to go away. Even if i stopped shoulder presses and bench but continued other work outs. The culprit turned out being pull ups and lat pull downs. Not that I was using improper form but they also stress the joint and when its trying to heal it made it take much longer for me. Just my two cents. But idk when you started them and if its not like tread said and maybe its just trying to stretch back out.

Om - Yea - I just got the go ahead since the lst surgery to start doing pulldown and rows - workouts in general. Getting the streach of the pulldowns actuallfeel great. I don't think that is the cause or is contributing to this in my case but I do appreciate the input!
