cycle off vs cruising
ad
do any of you cruise after a cycle or do you cycle off completely? what are benefits or risks of cycling 500mg a week for 12-16 weeks then cruising at 150mg a week for the same amount then back to 500mg. rinse repeat.

Amount of time on cycle 2x the amount of time of at least. Give your body time to rest and natty back up. You'll hit a Plato and go nowhere if you just cruise after a good long cycle. You have to keep tricking the body for it to grow. IMHO test is like anything else the longer you do it the more the body gets use to it and its to easy to build a tolerance to it before you know. When 500mgs a week would use to do the body leaps and bounds now it needs 750mgs a week and so on and so on. Cycle off and do a proper PCT rest up then get back on after ample time off.
My phone keeps double posting sorry.
Plenty of info on why you SHOULDN'T cruise if you Google it
Are you ready to pin your body for the rest of your life??
basskiller89I've tried cruising, but seeing as I'm only 28, I like to come off completely and PCT
Being ON for a long period of time is not good. Also it isn't good to do many pct during a year since it is always a big stress for the body to reglatie the levels.
So in my opinion the best solution ist do longer cycle.
12 weeks is almost nothing. If you take enanthate till you get the perfect levels it's almost gone 5 weeks. Then you have other 7 weeks. Bulding muscle tissue needs time and 7 weeks is peanut. You wil gain some pounds water and lose it all.
I cycled for many years 8 months on 4 months of and went pretty well.
usually my levels turn back to normal after 1 month.
Wtf are you serious here. SMH -2
So you say being on cycle for long ISN'T GOOD......then you advise an 8 month cycle??????
Keep that dangerous shit to yourself
-1.........-10 if I could
So many guys these days ask about and consider doing stuff like this. It seems normal to be willing to risk ones health to....compete at the highest level BBing....NO just to look good at the gym or beach!!!! Proper cautious cycling alone carries risks. With planning, research and getting bloods done you can take some,of that risk away enough so that if you stick to that protocol you could probably safely enjoy the rewards aas bring for a long time and keep your healthy body as is. However when you start doing things like cruise/blasting, absurdly hi mg cycles or cycles with several compounds stacked together your increasing your chances of some issue arising with your health. TRT is not fun. Its not a license to say "im shut down so I can do anything I want now" There are other health issues that can come from being irresponsible besides just shutting natty test down. Also TRT is forever. If you ever lose your enthusiasm for training or aas you'll still be impotent without TRT. So unless your making a living as a body builder why would you want to risk your health by doing something like cruising. Cycle off, recover and reap the benefits again and again as you cycle.
Hello Sir,
Not the best idea at all, this could be acceptable for a competitive athlete that has just won a local show and is going for finals that is couple of month away, it would make sense then to drop the orals and keep basic staff to clean the system.
However in your case you just carry on your cycle at a lower dose, that is it.
Don't forget, longer your cycle is, longer it is going to take to recover your hormones to homeostasis reference range. This again means longer time until your further cycle.
Hope this helps.
Regards
I fully plan to pct had every thing before I even started my cycle then a few personal friends just cruise and they were trying to get me to just drop down mg/week. and I thought the same most of you are saying why I asked here for a more non biased response from you guys. thanks for the feedback much appreciated and as I planned I'll be cycling off then back on down the road. thanks again
Cruise for awhile, and you end up stuck for life. In many instances anyway.
To put it in perspective, trt fucking sucks. Most peoolw( and doctors) believe that all that matters is test levels. After a good time, lh and fsh being perpetually crashed have a negative feedback loop. Sex drive isn’t what it was in normal levels. Hcg helps reboot it temporarily, but it skips back. HAVING to pin just to feel normal gets redundant as fuck. I don’t even like short esters anymore because I’m to a point I hate pinning. You do have constant risks with thickened blood and concerns for your heart. Donating is a regular way of life.
When you fuck with homeostasis, you’re attempting to balance nature with a synthetic product. It’s never an exact science. And it’s not as glamorous as it may sound. Constantly going to the doc and being supervised is another negative. Take matters into your own hands and screw yourself up even worse.
It flat out sucks in all honesty. The best thing anyone can do is man the fuck up, come off, recover, and repeat after proper time off. I regret choices I made that led me to trt. I was in a bad place in life, and cruised because I was a pussy that couldn’t deal with pct on top of some seriously heavy stuff that was going on. I’d made several attempts trying to reboot. A few way more intense than those prescribed, with no success.
Just offering an honest perspective based on experience.
The nitty gritty
Very good feedback to this! Have you been able to bounce back a little or at all if you don’t mind me asking? Any chance of ever recovering?
I tried conventional pct, went through the endo, and they were less aggressive than we are on the regular. I went the dr scully route, and just never really recovered. Too stupid for too long.
It honestly does suck man. I hate going to the doctor for anything, let alone being constantly monitored.
You mention you recovered a little. What was your test level? Just curious kinda in the same boat. I cruised way too long. My test level never got back over 280. Doctor won't put me on TRT.
Damn this sounds awful. You should start a thread with your story, maybe someone will see it and it’ll change their perspective and potentially save one persons health. But I hope all the best for you brother.
I think that ultimately doing a pct post cycle has to help significantly in longevity and results. Possibly being in a Tplus state activates your sympathetic system (fight or flight system) to much. Your body needs to reboot back to normal or you risk permanent damage to your system. Also sleep patterns and brain waves as we all know are changed greatly which leads to a meriad of problems long term.
If the "cruze" keeps you at supraphysical levels then it's not a cruze. It's a cycle right. If your going to cruze then do it through a doctor. 150 seems on the high side of a trt dose. I say that from knowing guys on 50 to 90 mgs a week and it keeps their levels at 600 to 800 .( therapeutic) 1100 to 1800 not therapeutic. In that event the therapeutic dose would be the healthier choice in my opinion.
Bingo. ^
What a lot of people do & what they should do are two different things..... risk vs reward..... imo suck it up & pct & it will benefit your next cycle more
basskiller89I agree, I've found that I grow more the following cycle after a successful PCT
Yes sir, absolutely!
Probably the one topic where I’ll always keep my opinions to myself. Religion, politics, I’ll debate you all day long, but I ain’t touching this
A priest a rabbi and the president all into a bar...which one is blasting and cruising...lol
Why not touching this one?You are one around who’s opinion people respect. There is no right or wrong answer. The iron game is personal and everyone has to approach what works for them.I think cruising is the future of all of us if we keep lifting long enough.Eventually age gets us all and we either accept it or TRT.lol
RustyhookerUnless youre on stage getting paid, why ruin your endocrine system? Im old. I pct.
I’m if the opinion that a proper cycle and an off period with a proper pct is better, for health and gains.Ive done both and cycling is certainly better for you and insures that you keep growing.I just took almost a year off while trying I get my fertility back. Finally happened and I’m also getting almost back where I was at the end of three years of blasting and cruising, only I’m clean.I must admit I am much fatter, but working on that.I found while cruising and blasting,I only grew while blasting.Cruising was just maintaining.
RustyhookerExcellent addition! Ill be rechecking bloods soon and see if i hit trt stage of life.
That’s where I’m at get off work go see the doc. No cruising until that’s what I’m told to do. Hopefully I have a few more years without it fuck one 20wk cycle of pining 2-3 times a week I’m happy for the time off
RustyhookerSeriously! No pins and counting hours. Just eat, lift and enjoy the sweat value
