cycle for swat style training
My lil bro is in the middle of a desert right now and we communicate once a week, and thats why i am asking for him as he can not access the internet.
alright bros need your help, my lil bro eatfish is training for a team at work. This team is the equivalent to a swat team.
My bro is 21 years old, 5'8 193lbs about 10-13 % bf. Yes i know he is young but we are talking an increase in payment from 100k to $150k a year he has one 12week cycle of test @500mgs. under his belt.
the training will consist of a lot of running about 6 miles a day or a 16mile walk with 40-60lbs in a backpack, lots of push ups, pull ups, swiming, and aslo shooting (so nothing that could get him shaky)
He has been training for this for about 8 months and would like to get a "push" with some gear
I was thinking of EQ, due to it increasing your RBC. with low test.
He wants to just do another test only cycle, will that help him? I dont want him to gain too much weight and be too heavy for all the pull ups and running,
thanks for any advise guys!

AnonWell eq in the desert may not betoo fun.....he will have bp issues unless he gives blood...... a simple test cycle would give him a edge for sure and he can keep water at bay with an ai added....low salt intake
But im not one thT would want to be on a cycle in the middle of the desert....i sweat my ass off as it is

The idea of test alone isn't a bad idea....nice Cyp. injectable without many sides or pins. etc.
I'm thinking he's looking for more of an edge something to take away the general wear and tear of the job right?
(I'm relating this to wrestling practice....just getting through the two a days over the years)
EQ will definitely give him a boost in endurance but the Blood Pressure could be a concern....heat / quick judgement etc.
Winny is a great option in my opinion....I get an amazing endurance kick without huge BP changes (Headaches are my only real side....just bringing that to your attention)
I think HGH is a great injectable that REALLY speeds recovery....(He'll feel the difference quickly but the muscle gains takes months....recovery is quick acting)
(Not sure about storage and inspections....mentioned below)
Some other ones that come to mind are Primo. (Not huge strength or muscle gains....but speeds recovery)....he'll keep relatively the same weight and keep the gains as well....
I don't know why but Mast. is coming to mind as well....
Great for aggression and extra strength....won't put on heavy weight and even acts like an anti-estrogen
1-test is also a beefed up EQ with less sides I believe....never tried
Hope that helps....
If he is in the profession and the job he wants is what I think it is then make sure he is completely recovered by the time his 'selection' course starts, he will not be able to cycle during the selection process (monitored to closely, bag inspections, etc..) and he for sure doesn't want the PCT blues while pushing through it....
When I trained for them I liked a mid test dose (500-600mg) and winny, worked good and passed all physical requirements.... He will lose all gains though, but at that point the goal is to pass not to get big so it will work. Endurance is key here, and able to do lots of body weight exercises and humping weight very long distances.

thanks bro let me send you a pm...

thanks for the great advice bro, really went in depth in the pms +1
No prob man, hope it works out and get what you/he is striving for
AnonHe's got the right idea bro. Test alone will not make him bulkier unless he wants it that way. His diet n training will dictate his gains. It will give him that edge bro.
thats exactly what i wanted to know bro i just didnt know how to frase it, what do you think about diet should he just do maintenance levels or under/over?
+1
AnonIf I were him I'd make sure I was eating enough protein and carbs. Making a real focus of carbing up post training. Keeping himself fresh every morning will be a job in itself. A casein shake with maybe some good fats like cottage cheese before bed. It will help keep those muscles fed and full for the next day.
I imagine he is burning through calories like crazy so increasing his kcal seems like a no brainer. Protein before training and carbs post training. With all the training he will be doing I imagine all of the stress and strain put on his body will most likely trigger some cortisol to be released. Taking Vitamin C supps will help. Plenty of potassium and magnesium.
Hope some of that helps
very big help bro ill let him know
he is already carbing up b4 his training and most of the stuff you suggested, last time i asked him he said he was eating 3200-3500 cals. if not he feels tired and week, very good info, never even though about vit c, I know he takes a multiV (1 a days mens) but ill check the nutrion facts to see if he need more of something.
And im pretty sure he is burning through cals like crazy!
Again thanks a lot bro!
