Cycle for leaning down

ad

Hi,

I just wanted to get some advice from people that have undertaken a cutting cycle.
I want to get to 90kg and I am about 97kg now.

I have never tried AAS or any other supplements, apart from protein shakes.

So, some of the things I want to find out from the guys that have done a cutting cycle are:

  • Which AAS did you use
  • How long was your cycle
  • Did you experience any side effects
  • What's the best method in your opinion to do everything as safely as possible
  • What would you recommend for me as a cycle, seeing as it would be my first one.

I have been reading a lot on the internet, but I would like to get some feedback from you guys that have already done it.

Thanks in advance for your help.

I think using test e as mentioned below may be the most suitable choice for me, in order to minimise muscle loss during my cutting period. If I was to go down the route of using AAS, that would probably be best for me.

Regarding AI/PCT, it seems that letrozole and anastrozole are the best options.
Which one do you guys prefer and why?

Would you guys know what dose would be suitable for someone with my stats, if I was to take 300mg/week of test e?

Totally agree.
It's just that from what I know, you tend to lose muscle when cutting down, which I would like to minimise as much as possible, so just wanted to see what the guys that have used a cutting cycle think about this, and the best way to go about it.

As previously mentioned, I'm a total novice to this, so apologies for the questions if they are simple/stupid.

Regarding the 300mg/week test e for 12 weeks, in your opinion, would one get any negative side effects from that dose?
What does Ai stand for?
Also, which PCT products do you recommend?

Thanks in advance

Ok, will do.
Thanks for your help.

Once you find an AI and PCT protocal, post what you have up top and get some opinions. Use the search function and read the yellow stickies at the top of each forum topic to find more info. Best of luck.

You need to post up more stats than just your weight (age, height, bf%, etc.) for anyone to give you proper advice.

Is there any other info that you need to make an assessment and give advice?
