Cycle for Endurance Cycling - testing possibility
I am training hard for a cycling event and I have been curious about starting a cycle to help me reach my goals. My regular training blocks include 12-16 hours of endurnace training per week (3 weeks on, 1 week rest) with generally 3-5 days of gym work as well (depending on work schedule or systemic fatigue from cycling). I am not necessarily trying to pack on tons of weight, but an increase in weight if it correlates to an increase in power on the bike is not a negative effect.
I was thinking of doing a Test C only cycle, and a moderate dosage for 12-16 weeks. I would get a total of 300mg of test per week during the cycle. I read that test C has a detection period of 3 months, so I would stay off cycle for the 3 months leading up to the event because there is a not insignificant chance I could be drug tested. I am open to other compounds that may help, but I am not willing to take EPO or Cardarine due to their pretty substantial side effect.
What kind of performance gains would I expect to see from a moderate dose of test only like this? Would it not be beneficial enough to take it and risk a chance if testing positive? Similarly, what kind of performance drop would you speculate I could see in those 3 months off cycle.

Hi Stuart Clifton,
I want to give you a few very Important tips.
It took me two seconds to find out who you are.
Hope this helps Stuart Clifton.
All my love, no homo
Ed
Bro ur 22 and already need an edge to compete as a pro? I'm sure ur good but this is the age where u explore ur body's limitations to an extreme level of training and nutrition. Once uve mastered that (takes years of training) then u can explore performance enhancing compounds. U are now playing with the big boys, utilize ur natural potential.
Corticosteroids, hmg, hgh, igf etc.
Corticosteroids? Are you kidding me? Lol
Yes, corticosteroids like betamethasone increase the liver production of glucose based on the body fat and muscle protein. you can check here an example with oral prednisolone https://www.researchgate.net/publication/6035641_Effects_of_Short-Term_P...

RustyhookerYou want more negs? The side effects are NASTY
RustyhookerHes...22....
Youre real stats?
Age: 25
Height: 185
Weight: 70

To give you my opinion
1st: a bit to young to mess with aas. Especially using test c for endurance cycling.
2nd: the test is not going to help your endurance, if anything it will probably make it worse. It can thicken your blood making it a harder to pump. More or bigger muscles attained fast will just tax your heart.
3rd: the pct and coming off a cycle right before a race could leave you flat and drained. It may take several months to come back online properly.
4th: Don't be a cheater, if it is a race they could test for.
AnonI agree with everything here except...it's only cheating if you get caught. Otherwise, play to win. Sorry to bust your bubble, Halsey. This is a lesson taught hard and fast in any good college prep or pro training club from an early age...9 for my son. Give me triple digit fastballs and 500 foot homeruns. I dont give two fucks what the multimillion dollar athletes have to suffer to get it done.
I agree 100%, but i was trying to set a better example. I know everybody cheats, lol.
I know my overall wattage came up 10% after a certain amount of time on trt, but overall my cardio slowly got worse as time passed and I started adding muscle.
It's a bit more complicated, he needs one of those world class doctors and some designer drugs. On the second thought, it's not worth it.
gearboy667At 148lbs you should focus on nutrition and training
Stuart CliftonI guess I should have added that I am currently a professional cyclist so I assure you my diet and training is on point. And this is not meant to make me better than mediocre, it is for a professional level event.
Molinin302Seeing you're at the professional level, I get it, but staying within the accepted culture here I firstly wouldn't recommend these drugs because of your age. Secondly, for your sport the drugs you're considering would be counterproductive to your end goals. I would think you should be looking for something along the lines of a longer acting substance that produces stimulating effects? I don't know, not my area of expertise, I know PEDs are involved in pretty much every sport at the pro level, sans yachting? I mean they may be running tren and checque drops, I dunno. Just be careful buddy, don't take that trophy with you in your casket, even testosterone can be a very dangerous drug if not treated with respect.
Bigun2What’s your doctor say?
RustyhookerNo. Its not going to help and youll test positive.
